We loved the cleanliness of this location inside and out. Dining in, we were greeted by a nice young lady who took our order and chatted with us while we made our selections. She brought us our food and checked on us during our meal several times…she seemed genuinely happy to be there and exhibited great customer service. Our bill for 2 adults and a child was $27. We ordered the Hawaiian chicken sandwich combo, bacon cheddar burger combo and the kids’ hotdog meal. We ate every morsel! The food was fresh and hot, and the portions were perfect. Quick access to the highway, too. Thanks for a great experience!

First time eating at Back Yard Burgers for me was a pleasant experience. I’d much rather eat a burger from here which definitely tastes more like a true “back yard burger” than any other fast food. Between 3 of us, we got a Classic Burger with Seasoned Fries, a Southwest Bbq Bacon with Seasoned Fries and a Black Bean Burger add Pepper-jack Cheese with Waffle Fries— all very tasty & thoroughly enjoyed!

Never go here on a tues at 9:30pm. The girl at the window was rude. Only got fries and ended up with onion rings. Took it back, she had an attitude. Definitely not going back.

This is the first time I’ve ever eaten here. Iordered the bacon and Bleu. It was DELICIOUS. My husband and son got classics. We were more than pleased. I wish we had one of these where I live!

First time at one of these chains. Was pretty decent food, better than the norm but the fried pickers were over cooked. Burger was good, fries good, Mac and cheese good. What made it great was the lady that brought the food to our table. Appreciate the extra step of not having to stand and wait for it. We tipped her and hope that others realize this is an extra step for chains and she should be tipped.

Just went through Drive-Through and ordered from this location and the service was awesome and fast. Workers were very friendly and helpful. And let me tell you’ the food was fantastic and it taste great. I cannot find a better hamburger anywhere’s. This is the best place in Mississippi to get a burger. Each bite took me back in time when I was growing up with that old fashioned real tasting burger. If you want a real experience for a real great tasting hamburger then I highly recommend you visit Backyard Burgers in Madison. A big thank you to the whole staff who help make my experience much much better.

This place gets better and better every time I visit and I visit this location every chance I get. Love how fresh the food is and how I never have to worry about my order being wrong or missing anything. There is a small wait but only because they cook everything to order. I do wish that their fried pickels came in a larger portion size because they’re so delicious. I will definitely suggest this location if ever in the mood for a good ole fashion hamburger

The first experience at this location was kind of ok. The only thing I disliked was the presentation of my Chili cheese fries. They kind of look thrown together and sloppy I barely had any chili on it but the fries were still good aside of that I was satisfied overall

Good service! They always smile when they give me my food. I usually order the grilled chicken salad. For a fast food salad it’s surprisingly fresh. I’ve also had the fries. The parmesan fries are delicious—packed with flavor–another surprise. If it weren’t for their high calorie count I’d eat them all day.

I purchased the black bean burger meal. The burger was atrocious. It was absolutely awful. If I had to describe how it tasted I would say take week old black beans and mash them into a patty and then burn each side and put this weird seasoning on there and serve it on a cold bun under dripping wet lettuce and an ice cold slice of tomatoes. Also make sure the bean patty is cold as well. It was so awful I took one bit and threw the burger away.
