I ordered a blackened chicken sandwich. Sorry, but you must bring back the original! NO SLAW?!? This doesn’t work. The old way was GREAT! The chicken was juicy, you could taste the blackened seasoning and the slaw was wonderful. One piece of lettuce is not sufficient! Please find the old recipe and do it again. Oh, the onion rings were PERFECT!!

Trash! I just left. I ordered a classic w/ extra cheese, no pickle. The young lady w/ the braids repeated my order. She got it correct. When I got to the window, I confirmed my order as well as ordered some fries.
There was two young men playing the entire time. I waited while they talked. She comes back to the window, thinking that I was the next customer.
She complains to the order two young men, takes the fries out of someone elses order. This is only after I had to remain her about the them.
Now, I should have known at that point to check my order because you know it had plenty of pickles & no extra cheese.
You cant called the store because the number is disconnected!. .

Just moved back to Mississippi after being in Washington for 4 months and was deeply craving BYB. My surprise when I saw they brought back the Miz Grazie burger. I could’ve cried. It was as if to say welcome home. I wish they’d never stop serving it but it made my day after a long 3 days driving from the west coast! Phenomenal as always.

Ever since the renovation, this place has been perfection. The burgers aren’t just a good fast food burger, it can hang with any burger you can get around here. It reminds me of the Backyard Burger of old. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The dining area is clean, and the burgers have been next level good. This is a well run establishment that is a credit to management and the employees.

When life throws u lemons… Backyard burger lemonade. The food is superb here. It is cooked fresh. The manager is Latino, but fair. It has been my go to place after a rough day at work in area. The milkshakes are top notch with real ice cream.
