Wasn’t happy about the service today. It took 23 minutes to get a burger and fries from a fast food place. It was empty inside.

I’ve only been twice so far so my review is shallow. The Jack Burger w/ seasoned fries is good. The ice cream isn’t that good and it took a while to get my food each time I went but the food was hot and tasted fresh. The staff seems cool so no complaint on customer service socially.

Service was extremely slow during my visit, to the point of cars driving off instead of waiting to pay for their order. However, my order was correct when I finally received it and the food was decent. I just wish that they would have had some sense of urgency when it came to getting the food to their customers is all!

Horrible customer service. Managers really need to be more careful with who they put on the microphone. The girl actually asked me “what do you want?” Who does that?!? So rude! I couldn’t bring myself to pay for that type of service so I drove off. I will NEVER go that location again. As a matter of fact, the last time I went to this one no one greeted me after I had been sitting in the drive thru for five minutes even though they were inside. I drove off then, too. Just close this location.

Currently at store. Wait had been twenty minutes and counting for ONE chicken sandwich. Have seen several cars pull out of drive through line, apparently giving up due to slow service. I have been waited on faster at many sit-down restaurants. My last visit here.

It amazes that I placed an order for combos and I received food that was barely warm and I was the only one in the drive thru line. The fries were downright cold. The only saving grace was the lemonade. I guess it’s hard to mess up a drink.

Love Backyard Burgers! My favorite burger is the Bacon Cheddar Burger, delicious!! I enjoy the Blackened Chicken (grilled) sandwich and the Hawaiian Chicken for a great change up. This location is one I visit regularly. The food has always been good. I do think they need to speed up the drive through a bit. Location is clean but could use some updating.

Drive thru is usually a good pace. Food is always hot and tastes fresh. Staff is friendly. I’ve never had them make a mistake in my order. So that’s saying a lot for a drive thru fast food place.
