This particular location is hidden kind of off of the main strip. It is attached to a gas station, so generally not that busy. The food was hot and fresh, really could not ask for anything more than that . It was really one of the better burgers I have had recently. French fries were hot and fresh crispy. My only complaint is I did not see the lemonade in the dining Room by the drink machine. Either they were out or you must have to ask and they keep it behind the counter.

Good service. They have yet to mess up our sometimes complex special orders. Burgers are good. Downside or upside depending on the person, is all fries are seasoned fries. This location is drive up but they have some picnic tables.

I went to this location on my lunch break and ordered 2 kids meals. I drove not even 5 minutes away from the location before I was able to eat. There were 5 cards in front of me at the time of order. both of my burgers were cold. Not even warm. I had to put them in the microwave. The fries were the only thing that was hot. Also both kids meals did not have the rice crispy treat that I paid for. Asked for no ice in my drink and I got ice. When I went to drink my root beer it was watered down. So now I have to spend more money to get me a drink from the vending machine. I have given this place praise until today. I really wish I could have left my job because ALL of this food would have gone back. D Sands. I will also be going on Facebook and Yelp.

I hadn’t been to this location in a long time, sorry to say but I probably never will again. My order was repeated 4 times and it was still not correct when I got to the window, and they were the driest turkey burgers my family and I have ever had. Poor girl just couldn’t get it together bless her heart. Very dissapointed.

Had Loaded Potato Soup & Side Salad. Very Tasty! Nice Salad with Spring Mix lettuce, Delicious Soup! Daughter’s Turkey Burger was okay, she took off half the bun. Pleasantly Surprised.

Really enjoy getting the Chipotle burger! Great piece of meat combined with fried string onions and Chipotle sauce. Every time I come to Tennessee I always make sure I come to Back Yard Burger!

This is not the “Cookout”. The food was bad to mediocre and cold. I actually should have left after looking at the menu. I would not eat there again. So many good places to eat in Memphis. This is not one of them.
