We went there for a special musical event. A local musician was performing a tribute to Johnny Cash. The music was great. The staff was very friendly. The owners were there that evening and greeted us when we came in. We had the Southwest Eggrolls appetizers and burgers with fries. All of the food was wonderful. I look forward to next time.

My girlfriend and I were going to Finley Farms for dinner and wanted to hit up a BAR bar before I reservation. This place was exactly what we were looking for out of a dive bar. Cheap drinks. Great service. Great bartenders. Great vibes. All around, if you are wanting a place to have a few drinks and relax and have a good time with good company, then this is the place to go to. (Although to be warned, it is cigs inside and so very smoky)

Went to Back Home Brewing yesterday with my girlfriend for the first time. We really enjoyed it! Great atmosphere, waiters were very nice and friendly. One of the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had! Onions rings were good too. The pricing was very good and well worth it! Also enjoyed their house beer, the Oktoberfest was the best. They also had live music which was very entertaining. I haven’t been to a bar where you can smoke in ages but ventilation was very good therefore the smoke didn’t bother. I was impressed.

It’s a dive bar – so if that’s your vibe – this would be five stars. The dive vibe (with smoke) wasn’t exactly what we wanted, but we appreciate what they are doing there. It’s a local hangout and the locals are happy. That’s a good thing! Also, the place wasn’t filled with toddlers/babies/strollers! I didn’t care for the home brew I tried – BUT – there are lots of choices so I’d just try something else next time.

This bar was the biggest surprise of our trip. From the outside it looks like a unassuming local bar. As soon as we walked in though we were greeted by the server who was very friendly. After we ordered, the owner came out to talk to us. He was very nice and told us the background of the bar and about his brewing process. The beer was great and the pulled pork was DELICIOUS! The only downside was the tiny parking lot, which required some creativity on our part.

Good little old style bar. Has pool tables and looks like a fun place to come hang out with some friends. I only stayed for two drinks and some food. Typical bar food, nothing too special. It was good tho. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
