Absolutely thrilled with how my custom cake turned out. Amazing job with the photo suggestion, flavor and quality. All of our guests were raving about the cake and even some who “didn’t like cake” whatever that means LOVED this cake and asked for a box to go.

Well, after 2 workers that were not helping customers finally caught on that I was waiting, I made my selection and left. Upon opening my purchases later, it was dissappointing. Cream horns are made of puff pastry baked around a conical cone and filled with a fluffy light filling easily searchable on google, not filo dough folded on itself and icing. The cookies did not seem fresh. The one exception was the individually wrapped gluten free cookie which was remarkable!

Back Home Bakery has been our go-to spot for goodies since we moved to Weatherford in May. They have the best cupcakes, which have frequented many of our gatherings. This month was our son’s 4th birthday, so when it came to finding a bakery to create his cake we knew just where to go. WOW did they deliver!! Back Home Bakery made his rodeo cake come to life!! They did an excellent job of communicating with us to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. They were timely and friendly in their communication throughout the process. The cake turned out just how we envisioned and tasted even better! Thank you Back Home Bakery for always making our memories a little bit sweeter.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! It was my first time ordering a specialty cake like this and Misty was so helpful in guiding me through the whole process. Not only did the cake look amazing, it tasted even better! The birthday boy LOVED it.

We ordered a custom cupcake cake after people referred us. We even gave them a picture of what we wanted and it didn’t really happen. We got a mix of every flavor. Every single flavor ranged from bad to awful. Additionally, they don’t do a very good job at storing them because all the cupcakes had a funky refrigerator smell. It was so embarrassing to have every single person take one hesitant bite and set them down. We essentially ended up throwing the whole thing away. Save your money and head to Walmart, that would be top quality in comparison. It’s what we ended up doing as a last resort.

Was looking for a custom cale for my sons 7th birthday and stumbled across this little mom and pop bakery in the heart of Downtown Weatherford. Contacted them thru email as im from out of town and the service was quick,polite and worked with me on my needs.. when i got the cake it was as expected and my son thoroughly enjoyed it.. the cake was moist and delicious and the cream just at the right amount of sweet.. will definitely recommend this place for any custom cakes for any occasion!
