This was such a unique place and we had a wonderful lunch! Bread sliced and sandwiches built right in front of you. This is a family business and it was all around very enjoyable – wholesome ingredients, yummy food, good conversation. We didn’t get an opportunity to try the coffee bar, but it smelled wonderful – and it was busy with locals. Go support this family business for coffee, lunch, and baked goodies!

This was such a cute shop! We wished we would have ate lunch there. We ended up coming for the Oatmeal Cream Pie as I have seen it on TikTok. And there was only one left – it was meant to be! It did not disappoint! We also got the chocolate chip cookie. Both were huge! The service we received was also great! The owners and their daughter were running it, they were very friendly and welcoming!

My husband and I wanted to try out this deli because we heard amazing things about it. It did not disappoint. We were greeted by the kindest staff- the food was a 10/10 and the family atmosphere felt like a hallmark movie. They let me try a sauce I wasn’t too sure about & ensure our order was made perfectly. We did go around lunch time so it was busier than we’d like but the owner did a great job explaining the wait time and I’m so glad we stuck around. We will be back! Also- loved the cute Jesus quotes around the deli.

Visiting from out of state, stopped in and got a sandwich called what the cluck with Turkey and some of the most delicious pasta salad. It was absolutely fantastic. I am not a fan of sourdough bread, but this bread made in house is on a totally different level. Great place, great food, worth the visit for sure.

It’s not short on meat. You get a pile of meat on there and I love the German mustard very good. We will be going back very quaint little place♥️ The owner showed us what it looked like before a big trance formation the bread bake goods everything looks so good. The sandwiches was wonderful

We initially had a hard time locating this place because they don’t have a sign up yet, but it’s directly across Main Street from Lost Boys. Literally walk in the Backdoor and you’ve found it!

Clean ingredients and most everything is made in house. We came for lunch and had the Ozark Italian and Backdoor Gobbler on freshly sliced bread (made in-house) with their house cucumber salad and potato salad. My daughter said the potato salad was the best she’s ever had. Real creamy goodness. We also got half a dozen of their giant chocolate chip cookies and two cherry turn-overs. Everything tasted so clean and fresh. This is the closest thing to a homemade sandwich we’ve ever had while out and about (I bake our family’s bread twice a week). It was so refreshing to get to eat out and actually love every bit of it.

Plus, the owners were fantastic! Get out here! Eat local! Support clean food!

This shop is tucked away on the side of the building. You actually park behind the building and walk into what looks like the back door. It’s a pretty neat looking place on the inside and they have unique gifts for sale in the front of the building.

They were a little busy when we went and there’s not much seating but thankfully we were able to get a seat. They serve the sandwiches on wooden trays which is pretty cool.

I had the BDM Grilled Cheese and it was OK. Probably not something I’d order again as it was a bit dry.

My friend had their potato soup and I’m not sure what her sandwich was but it looked really good!

I’d probably give them another try and pick a different sandwich or they even have the option to pick your own meats and cheese.

This place absolutely deserves 5 stars! The sandwiches are healthy and delicious, the people are so welcoming, and it truly feels like walking into your own home. My daughter and I have gone several times, and every visit has been just as wonderful as the last. I especially love the customer service…they’re kind enough to take you in even when the doors are just about to close. It’s a fun, cozy place to study, with great coffee, food, and sweets that hit all the right spots. It’s family-owned, and you can tell….they all work together like a team to make sure every guest is cared for. Highly recommend!

Such a hidden little gem! Everything is so fresh and delicious. You feel like you are in someone’s kitchen, just waiting to be served. We will return here time and time again with this model. And their prices are so reasonable (sandwich, chips, and a drink are <$10). HINT: their homemade oatmeal cream pie is to die for!!!
