Located in beautiful Steamboat Springs, CO, we have a passion for fresh, natural ingredients and a love of old fashioned burgers and brews. We hand cut our french fries and onion rings every morning, and we use only all-natural Colorado beef for our burgers. We care about the food that we serve, and the customers we serve it to. Wowww…this burger place was definitely worth it!! Decided to give the Twilight Zone a try after our server recommended it particularly because of the peanut butter sauce! I was skeptical, but it paired so well with the burger meat, cheddar and bacon! I also opted for a second patty, but that was unnecessary since these burger patties are already very thick. Our server was awesome and we were well taken care of. The dining room was very tight, but tables got freed up pretty quickly. They have a virtual Yelp wait list that you can join from your phone and our wait wasn’t bad at all. The ambiance is very cool too with dollar bills all over the walls and multiple TVs on with sports on. You can even ask for markers and a stapler so you can add your own dollar! Definitely recommend coming here!

Good food and solid service. Kinda pricey though. Enjoyed the spicy fried pickle appetizer. Very stale chips for the salsa and queso, which were underwhelming. The G6 burger was great for those who like a little kick. The How Ya Doin’ burger with cream cheese was a winner. Also enjoyed the peanut butter pie with ice cream dessert to share with the table. A little tight or cramped with the seating. Lots of TVs. Lively atmosphere. We had a 40 minute wait to get seated on a Saturday afternoon.

Phenomenal food. We came in as a party of 14 around 8pm. They were definitely busy, but got us in quickly. My husband and I split the portobello fries and were BLOWN away. So good. We ate the jalapeño popper burger and the black mamba burger. So. So. Good. And a huge shoutout to the sweet potato fries. Yummmm. Will absolutely be back!

My husband had the black mamba burger with sweet potato fries and I had the classic cheeseburger with tater tots. Both were very tasty! Our server was very attentive and friendly. Dog friendly outdoor patio. We went back the next day for one of their 10$ breakfast burritos which were HUGE. We split one and we were stuffed. Heavy on the egg but still delicious.

Hunt South (Travel the World)
This is a great place for lunch. I had the triple Lindy which is two burgers 3 pieces of grilled sourdough bread and hand cut fries. Their fry sauce is a bit spicy depending on on the day but always great.
The burger is big enough to take some home.
There is a upstairs where you can eat if the downstairs is full or if it is your preference.
The upstairs stairs tables are further a part less crowded and has a better vibe.
Note as you go into the door the back left table has a small widow ac/heater. You cannot see it until you sit down . It doesn’t make much noise but it i makes that table hotter and much colder than the rest of the upstairs.
A HUGH shout out to Payton who was our waitress. She was moving wide open serving several tables and yet stopped to give us written directions to the best fall hikes and drives in the area along with suggestions of other restaurants.

Hipster Burger was good; the goat cheese was delicious. The atmosphere was cool-looking but overstimulating due to the noise. It’s Saturday night, so it made sense. After driving many hours, I wanted some quietness. My favorite decor was the skateboard with the verse from Hebrews 6:19, “Anchored in Christ.”

Dirty Harry Burger 1/5: This burger seems to be their main event so I had to try it. On the menu they advertise top 10 burger in the US. Seems there was a TripAdvisor article that confirms that but I have no idea what criteria they were using. I thought it was way way too sweet. I had two other people try it and they had the same opinion. Some people may enjoy it or want a crazy experience but it was a hard pass for me. Not the combination of flavors I’m looking for in a burger.

Never payed so much for a simple cheeseburger only to receive the most bland burger of my life. McDonald’s taste better, and I hate McDonald’s. No flavor in the patty, poorly cooked. My partner ordered a fried chicken sandwich. Received an anemic overcooked chicken breast with 0 discernible flavor. I legitimately cannot believe that this place has this many good reviews, I am sitting here right now in the restaurant as I write my review and nobody around me seems pleased with the food they are getting…
