We loved Baci’s pizza when they were in downtown Plainfield, but even in their current location, pizza still as good as we remember. Quaint little indoor seating or great for takeout as well. Staff is always very nice.

We loved this place! Just stopped by as we passed through Joliet on our road trip. The menu has every kind of italian food you can think of. Our pastas were served with loaves of bread and salads. The salad dressings were incredible, and the pasta was flavorful and cooked perfectly! Service was friendly and hospitable. Can’t recommend Baci enough!

I’m a thin crust girl, I like my crust thin, the crust wasn’t as thin as I thought it would be, it was my first time ordering room here though, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The pizza was good. I ordered a 10inch thin crust with chicken. I also ordered the Chicken Alfresco, it’s A M A Z I N G!!! SOOOO GOOD!!! It came with bread too, and it’s delicious. I will definitely order from here another time.

First time order and I live by in town, placed an order for delivery that ended up being forgotten about. NEVER again!! Totally screwed us out of a night of dinner. We ordered at 8pm, called back at 9:30 to say our order had been forgotten about. I can understand a delay but completely forgot about is unacceptable

Wow, I am not sure what happened to this place. These guys used to my go to. My latest delivery, the guy called my mom (who is in a wheelchair) and actually demanded her to go out and meet the delivery driver at her driveway while the delivery guy sat in his SUV while he was in his car blasting rap music, meanwhile my mother struggling to get to the delivery driver who is in his car (not delivering) (bigger guy with beard, really easy to spot was a SUV and he was really fat) and mind you, this is not the first encounter with this guy. he is always calling to the customer to his vehicle saying ” I am here, come to me” indicating that he is not walking to your door to deliver your food, and for the customer to come to him. VERY BAD Public REPRESENTATION. I have this all in camera too. Not sure what needs to be done here.

Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the lady that took our order was very nice. The food is very bland. Me and my girlfriend got the seafood Alfredo and garlic cheese bread. The shrimp still have their tails on. There was no garlic cheese bread in the bag, just 2 roll things.

This is the most horrible experience I ever had in this planet, the food is not what they say it is. As you can see the cannoli is not made out of pistachios they use green colors for peanuts and put them there. The cannoli filling is not ricotta. The tiramisu is not made out of egg. It’s whipped white cream with coconut powder. This is a scam specially to people who know the food industry very well.

Ordered pizza for the first time from Baci and was somewhat disappointed. Pizza was hot, but the dough was bland and tasted frozen/premade. Cheese and pepperoni on top was good, but the mushrooms were few and far between. Might still try Baci again in the future for some of their other items, but for pizza, no.
