I called a few minutes ahead (short notice) and ordered an Italian Combo sandwich. Along with that, I grabbed a bag of Wise Sour Cream & Onion potato chips. Everything was good and the staff was very friendly. I was in and out very quickly. They had lots of other good food options here besides the deli sandwiches and grinders.
It is a nice place to grab some good food that is healthier than many of the drive thru options…

There is nothing Italian about this place. Don’t get the breakfast special. The hash browns are mashed french fries and taste like leftovers.

NOT ITALIAN, NOT NICE

I wanted to grab a sandwich to eat in the car in between errands. Google showed Baci Italian Deli which sounded perfect. I walked in to find it was a Spanish/Latin food place with some lunchmeats. The woman behind the counter started stirring the rice and showing the empanadas, which looked fine but isn’t great car food. I was polite and smiling, but said it wasn’t what I was expecting and turned to leave. That’s when the cranky old guy at the register started yelling at me “What’s the matter, you don’t like Spanish food?”, and the woman was shaking her head in disgust. The man’s angry voice followed me out the door. It was a shocking display – a “what the heck just happened?” moment.

For the record, I’ve traveled extensively in Central and South America, love the food and could have become a regular customer. But not after that experience.

The Deli has the best empanadas, Mildred the cook makes them so delicious, she has been there many years, the owner Mario has every place spotless and the place has the best breakfast. Definitely I will comeback.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I ordered chicken cutlet on a hero. The guy microwaved the chicken cutlet and spread mayo from a huge plastic container onto the bread. I took 2 bites and had to throw the rest of it away. Wouldn’t even give it to a homeless person. That’s how disgusting it was. Never going back there again.

Chicken was ice cold, looked and tasted like it sat in the fridge all weekend. Told the owner about it thinking he would change it for a fresh piece but instead he offered to reheat my plate. Ended up throwing the food out. Never go to this place better off buying a number one at McDonald’s.

If you like good old-fashioned service at competitive prices as well as generous portions of food then I can ONLY recommend Baci Deli.
The owner, Mr. Mario is a pleasure to do business with. 50 years experience and OUTSTANDING hot and cold offerings makes this deli the #1 deli in Ffld County. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

My friend threw away her Egg sandwich, had a sour taste and I threw away my chicken cutlet sandwich as it was chewy and clearly reheated and over cooked. Waste of 30$. Not a traditional Italian deli as well don’t be fooled.

This is not an Italian deli or an Italian anything for that matter. Might want to take off the signs with pictures of pizza in the windows and the name Italian off of the building. This is small Hispanic bodega style restaurant with a deli area to make sandwiches.
