Small, quiet place with unique Thai-Polish fusion. I highly recommend the Drunken Noodles but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Amazing pierogis. Discovered when I was getting my car serviced at Subaru. Go try. Husband is Polish. Wife is Thai and they both make the best of their cultural food. Oh and homemade pickles too. Just go. Something for everyone.

Wow… What a Surprisingly Unique Restaurant. Who would have thought Polish & Thai. But every dish was superb! From Kielbasa to Polish Soup, to Thai dishes. Typically curry dishes are overpowering and must be mixed with rice to truly enjoy but Bach’s Chicken in Curry was dilectable and had perfect amount of curry & spices. The Polish potato cabbage soup was excellent with a kick of heat! We ordered an assortment from the steam table as well as a custom a la carte from the menu of the vegetable pad thai. A small unassuming restaurant that is big on flavor and choices. A Must Try!

Unbelievably impressive. Tried it out 3 weeks ago and now I’m back 2-3 per week. Reasonably priced, fresh food, great choices, authentic home style cooking with a ultra clean and friendly atmosphere.

Family had Thai dishes and the 4 meals were delicious. Our next visit will be to sample the Polish menu. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Usually fusion restaurants aren’t great, especially ones with food originating 1000s of miles apart. This is a great restaurant and definitely worth a try. There’s not many Polish places within 100-200 miles of here but dozens of Thai, making this place very unique and worth the visit.

Very cool spot that has an unusual mix of thai and polish cuisines. Both are done in an old school home style and are equally fantastic! You’d be hard pressed to find better thai or polish food in the area. I’ve tried a bunch of their dishes (stuffed cabbage, massaman, kielbasa, sweet pork belly, red curry, etc.) and I can’t even make a recommendation because it’s all awesome. That said, Massaman is one of my all-time favorite dishes and I have to say, Bach’s is among the best I’ve ever had. It’s very unique and again, has a more homemade style to it than other Massaman I’ve had – very unique (at least compared to other NY area thai spots) but very delicious. Really, just load up on whatever they’re serving in the hot trays and you can’t go wrong. I usually do a 50/50 split of polish and thai options, which goes together surprisingly well. If I lived a little bit closer I would be here at least once a week. Oh, and they have a great lunch special. My only complaint is there’s no music on in the restaurant, and that’s not a big deal.

Today I stopped into Bach’s Bistro just to pick up a jar of spicy pickles. The mix of Polish and Thai foods on the menu was intriguing so I decided to try their Thai rice noodles with curry sauce in addition to a Polish stuffed cabbage, my first! The stuffed cabbage was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. The rice noodles and curry sauce was a silky blend of spiciness, coconut, and tasty fish balls and chicken. They also included some cucumber salad with the noodles and I regret not buying a side of it to go! Everything tasted homemade and fresh. Despite being a person who rarely gets take out, I think I would very much enjoy going back and trying out other items on their menu. All this and kind, friendly owners who obviously take pride in what they do. My kind of place!
