I didn’t even know this place was here until a friend told me about it — so glad they did.
I ordered a steak egg roll, veggie rolls, chicken hibachi with rice and veggies, and a steak hibachi with all veggies, and everything was served hot, fresh, and very flavorful. The portions were generous, and each dish tasted well seasoned without being greasy or heavy.
The service was friendly, the atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the food came out promptly. You can tell they care about both quality and consistency.
This is a great spot if you want something satisfying, tasty, and well prepared without the fuss. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to others.

Went on the opening day and was blown away! I got the honey gochujang wings, bachi box, and brown sugar milk tea and it was all amazing. Really clean and nice location, great bathroom as well. Staff is super friendly and the seating inside and out is great. Can’t wait to come here more in the future!

I got the Hot wings with a signature milk tea, I destroyed it in like 5 mins. Then went back for seconds for the Hibachi. Gonna have a tasty lunch tomorrow!!

Food is great. But they only give you one yum yum sauce for an entire plate of hibachi. Charge 50 cent for additional sauces. It should come with 2 minimum. Mind you, the sauce containers are not all the way filled up.

I kept seeing this place and I absolutely love Japanese cuisine, so I decided to finally drop in on my birthday as a meal I would like. AMAZING FOOD!! The freshness and quality of the food was top tier. You also get more than enough food for the price and it’s enough to split between two people or have leftovers (if you don’t eat it all ). Honestly it tastes even better the next day after I saved half of it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you BACHI BOX for creating such wonderful, flavorful meals and making my birthday even better ! I’ll be coming back for sure!!

Customer service was great… small intimate setting. I didn’t care for the wings… I first asked the guy are these those tiny wings, he said No. Got back to work with my order, and what do I have these darn Itty bitty wings. Sweet Tai Chili, didn’t taste good. Lemon Pepper just ok.The French fries were good.

Went for the first time today out of necessity, since Cava was closed so I walked across the street.
It literally took 30 mins for my take out meal ro be finished (chicken hibachi). I’ve never had chicken hibachi take that long, especially when people who came behind me ordered ans got their order before me.
Very disappointed, yet I gave them 3 stars because I understood they have an influx of people, and the food was OK.
However, with all of this, I noticed their front counter worker, Twan, was really trying his best to appease all of us. I also noticed him trying to help as much as he could with making food get to us customers more swiftly.
Nonetheless, they won’t ever have to worry about me coming back. I also won’t be telling anyone in the area to go there either
