Had a nice night out after the holidays. Side salad, garlic bread, mild wings, a large pepperoni pizza and a personal three cheese pizza. Everything was timed perfect. The food was hot and fresh. We did not feel rushed, the temperature inside was very warm considering it’s so cold outside, and the server Sara was extremely attentive. Looking forward to adding this to our regular pizza lineup!

Very cozy establishment, convenient location right across from Troy Savings Bank Music Hall, and casual yet charming atmosphere. The service was superb. The food was excellent. And the prices were reasonable. I tried the large caesar salad (good), the wood-fired wings (wow good), and the Margherita pizza (YUM). I had never had wood-fired wings before and wowie zowie were they awesome; it makes such a difference not being deep-fried like usual.

Bacchus is hands down one of the great pizza spots in Troy. The crust is perfectly chewy with just the right amount of char, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend the spinach artichoke dip — it’s a must-have starter.
The vibe is warm and rustic, with the wood-fired oven in full view. Great beer selection and super friendly staff. It does get a bit loud during peak hours, but it adds to the energy. Perfect for date nights or catching up with friends. A true local gem!

We have only tried the pizza here, but it’s excellent. I highly recommend paying extra for the fresh mozzarella, it’s worth the extra money. I wish they sold individual glasses of wine instead of half bottles, but their cider offerings can be purchased by the glass and are tasty. Outdoor seating is a great option in the warmer months!

Then, when I made a substitution, it did not come and a member of the staff told me that the kitchen didn’t do it because they didn’t agree with substitution.
I was never told this until after I ask about my substitution.
We ordered an appetizer which never came.
