Named after the Roman god of wine, the restaurant pays tribute to the ancient Roman tradition of feasting and celebration. With recipes that fuse traditional favorites with modern cooking techniques, all with a North Texas touch, the menu features locally-sourced fare from nearby purveyors and farms, handcrafted cocktails, local craft beer, and an elevated wine program – all in a vibrant atmosphere. The wine tasting room is home to a temperature-controlled wine wall stocked with a fine selection of hundreds of Old and New World classics. Try the braised short-ribs! The were delicious, juicy, tender and the roasted carrots that came with were fresh and delicious. Too much for you by yourself, split an entree. Our bartender had it split to two plates for us without even asking!

Bacchus is where I proposed to my wife. We had been several times before and the dining area near their incredible wine room was the perfect place to do it. Bacchus is located in the Hotel Vin and it has a calm and romantic atmosphere. The hostesses and servers are extremely professional and knowledgeable. The bartender has an arsenal of drinks that are high quality and generous. Our favorite server Sanay has been a staple for us and takes great care of our needs. We love to dine at Bacchus on our anniversary and birthdays. There’s always an element of surprise when we arrive. Our anniversary or birthdays are always celebrated by the entire staff and the desserts are a sweet and kind treat. The food is sensational and the portions and price points justify each other. The tables and booths are cozy and it’s easy to lose track of time. It’s a great place to people watch with the Grapevine train station visible outside. We always feel adventurous with the wines and Sanay guides us with precision to pair perfectly with what we are eating. I can’t recommend Bacchus enough. It’s a special place for all to experience.

We had our daughter’s sweet 16 dinner at Bacchus last night and it was exquisite. Chef Joe and his team made it a lovely and memorable evening. Service food and atmosphere are all incredible, and the courtyard with live music and yard games are a fun way to end the night!

Absolutely amazing ! One of the best steaks i have ever had. Gluten free options were also extensive with fresh made pasta from scratch ! Treated us very well, extremely busy, but service was attentive, management stopped by several times to also check, and speed was quite good. Less than 30 minutes for entire meal to show up. Fully recommend !

We had an exceptional dining experience at Bacchus last night, due in large part to the care and service of Beverage Manager, Jenn Chase. Our server, Julian, was also excellent. And the food was delicious — our friend said it was the best Pimento Cheese he’d ever had, and I’ll be hard pressed to ever order anything beside the meatloaf — don’t be fooled by the humble descriptors. But Jenn went our of her way to make us happy. She satisfied our picky Bourbon drinker with a selection he described as “butter,” and found me an off-menu Barossa Shiraz at a reasonable price. We will go back for the excellent food, improved table service, great beverage program, and Jenn. Also looking for an excuse to rent out one of their great speak-easy spaces.

Spent time at the Magnum speakeasy and it was AMAZING! At first when my husband made reservations, I wasn’t thrilled since I’m pregnant and can’t drink. However, Rio and Hali made the whole evening! They made me specialty mocktails that were delicious and were very informative. I now have recipes to take home for mocktails. Rio and Hali deserve 5 stars just for them!
