Great food and great service! Our group of 20 went for Sunday morning brunch and they were able to accommodate us pretty quickly-about a 20 minute wait around 10:30am. Our food came out pretty quickly and everything was delicious!! I ordered the spam scramble and it comes with a small stack of pancakes (slight upcharge, but worth it). I got the ube pancakes-very rich and filling! The spam scramble was so good-everything cooked perfectly. I also tried the Portuguese fried rice, the short ribs, and the banana fosters pancakes-all were very tasty. I hope to return next time I’m in Vegas; in the meantime, I’ll be cooking up spam scrambles at home.

My wife, our group, and I recently tried Babystacks Cafe in Spring Valley, and it was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the location was convenient. We loved the Filipino-inspired flavors in their specialty dishes, and the huge variety of pancakes made breakfast extra fun.
We arrived early and were seated immediately, and by the time we left, the place was packed—a good sign! The only small downside was that the coffee could be a bit stronger, but everything else more than made up for it. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area and craving a flavorful breakfast.

Great hidden spot in spring valley The food was great wife loved her Mexican plate she said the flavors touched all the right spots, ok don’t know what that meant I had the eggs bacon and 2 pancakes. The service was amazing.

Definitely not your ordinary breakfast spot. I wasn’t that big a fan until I had their Portuguese sausage fried rice. I am hooked and cannot wait to return. The food quality was absolutely outstanding and the service was great. This place knows what they are doing!

Always excellent! Wish they’d start a rewards program we come here so often! Staff is always so nice and attentive no matter how busy. The food always comes out fresh and delicious! We’ve come here a number of times and try something new each time and every time it tastes amazing. The number one item we’d heavily recommend is the Ube pancakes!!

I visited on a Monday for brunch and left really disappointed. I ordered the loco moco and the burger patty was still raw and bright red. The pancakes were overly sweet. Our server seemed like she was having a rough day and there were dirty tables with dishes from previous customers. I have enjoyed other locations, but this one was a complete letdown.
