Roof top bar on Nicolette Mall. Nice bar and full menu with a wide variety of cuisines and able to accommodate dietary restrictions. I enjoyed the Turkish menu, on my servers recommendation. Weather was perfect during my visit. I would definitely visit again if I were in the area, and the weather was suitable.

Great rooftop lunch in downtown Minneapolis! The food is delicious. There are some traditional dishes and some very tasty Mediterranean dishes. There are tables for dining and comfy lounge couches for drinks. Great spot!

Mezze plate and dolmas were very good though didn’t come with the traditional dipping sauce. Pesto pasta was quite small and bland – mostly just oil. Rooftop has a nice view of the area. Quite pricy for the size of servings. Has same menu as Lumi restaurant downstairs plus additional bar menu.

I had never been to Minneapolis before and my husband and I were exploring downtown. I searched for a local restaurant and found Babylon Rooftop. It’s a beautiful 4th floor rooftop view and a beautiful restaurant. There were lots of international cuisine choices on the menu, along with burgers and salads. But there was one whole page of Turkish dishes. We don’t know much about Turkish food so we were going to choose something familiar like a burger. Our waiter, Omer, said that if we choose something from the Turkish menu and do not love it, he would not charge us. So I tried Lumi Special Kabob, which is beef and chicken wrapped in lavash (bread) and sauce; my husband chose Beef Shish Kabobs with rice and a spicy sauce. We also ordered Grilled Cheese with Honey from the Appetizers. Omer gave us a complimentary plate of lavash, plus a big slice of baklava. This food was so delicious. What a great surprise we found today. A beautiful rooftop restaurant, some of the best food we’ve ever had, and a wonderful waiter/host. Thank you Omer!

Me and my girlfriend went to Eat Lumi Restaurant yesterday and the food was simply amazing and after ate our food, we wanted to drink couple glass hard liquor and we went to Rooftop and we had a greatest experience in there, was so clean, safe and bartender was awesome… price was very affordable…They absolutely deserve more than 5 star, definitely will go again, no regret

The rooftop itself is nice, there is a big section of couches and a decent number of tables for being a rooftop. The service, on the other hand, is non existent. I stopped in for a drink before a concert and there were only five other customers in the entire place. I had to get up and get my own menu from the bar, then when the bartender/server did come over, I ordered a beer. He wrote it down on a piece of paper then went behind the bar and started recording a TikTok of him making a cocktail. After ten minutes of watching him talk to the camera on his phone, I left.

Very slow service, waited a long time to order drinks, had to call the waiter and then wait longer. Needed to go to the casher after giving up on waiting to pay and needed to wait again at the casher.
