Totally awesome they have moved location closer to the downtown (75yards) and are now called the “Printing Press” same food and owners. Fantastic restaurant in downtown Calico Rock stop by for lunch sometime as you’re passing through. Passing through is what you’ll be doing because there isn’t much else. Be sure to hit the museum and arts and crafts and antique shops across the street. I love Calico. I love rainbow trout

I went with a group of friends. They served all of us in a quick fashion. This is great place for groups, just by yourself, coffee break, or just a pick up. They are not open on Sundays or late. The food is delicious. They work with whatever dietary restrictions you have. They have low-carb pizza to gluten free cake. Trust me, you’ll love it. Just be careful if you want doughnuts, you’ll have to be there early.

This is the old Printing Press Cafe, taken over by new owners. The old cafe was so good, that it is going to take some time for me to not go in there and compare.
Service was a bit slower, food was still very good. Prices seemed a bit higher than Printing Press Cafe, but it has been a while since I was in there.
All in all, I will be back. No doubt about it!!

The lunch special today was spaghetti and meat sauce with salad and cheesey garlic bread. It was delicious! I also tried one of there doughnuts which was also delicious. And since it was my first time eating there, they gave me a free cookie. Yes, it was also delicious. I highly recommend stopping in for lunch or coffee and doughnuts or cupcakes. Great little place!

We love this place!!! Very friendly service, great prices and terrific food!!! Hard to decide what to get because it’s ALL SO GOOD!!! Biscuits & gravy, quiche, waffles, donuts, cupcakes, salads, you name it. It’s terrific!!!

The donuts here are amazing. A cream filled long John and a cup of coffee was the perfect way to start my day. The people are so friendly and helped us find some hidden gems of activities in the area for the kids.

We had the Paula’s salad with the house dressing, was so so good and mike had the buffalo chicken wrap, with a nice kick. Because it was our very first time visiting babycakes, we were offered 2 delicious 3/4 inch around, tasty oatmeal raisin cookies, wish we had one now.

Stopped in for some munchies going through Calico Rock. You gotta support the locals! We got a few different things. Chocolate chip cookie, oatmeal cookie, nut and coconut cookie, cranberry and orange blondie bar with a cream cheese orange zested frosting. And a pineapple cream cheese filled pastry dough! And a jalapeno cheese kolache! Everything was very good and sweet. We will be back passing through to try the cake and donuts and coffee! Super friendly staff too!
