2nd time is definitely not the charm. Quality of food is mediocre at best, quantity of food for takeout is a joke, and order accuracy is a no-go as well. Menu photo shows items that aren’t available, specifically fresh carrots. Apparently no mushrooms means to serve mushrooms. Good thing it’s just preference and not an allergy. Broccoli must be getting expensive because the amount served was almost nonexistent. Needless to say it’s not worth the nearly $50 and there will not be a 3rd visit.

Good food. Decent flavor and decent price. Three stars for it being good and simple. Charge for water cups.

Extremely sweet waitress. Very attentive. This is a small town with very few options for eating out. It was real good for the price we paid. They welcomed us when we opened the door to come in and told us goodbye on the way out. Bathrooms had a ramp so that they were handicap accessible. Plus, they were large enough for an person to enter and help the handicap person out. That’s very important to a handicap person as my dad was in a wheelchair the last 5 years of his life.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, or maybe the locals who are giving such great reviews don’t know what good food is.
Either way. This has been the worst hibachi I’ve ever eaten.
I ordered Hibachi Steak and Shrimp over the phone. The lady I spoke to was polite and to the point.
The shrimp tasted like it was pulled out of a pond.
The steak… Oddly enough tasted like blood. Now, I eat my steak medium rare typically. I’m not afraid of juice. I’m saying the steak tasted like the cow wasn’t drained properly of its blood. I don’t know. I’ve never had this happen before.
The rice was soggy and flavorless.
The broccoli was undercooked and the carrots were overcooked mush.
There was hardly any seasoning or flavor on the meat, veggies or rice.
I had no trouble with the service, the people working there when I picked up my order seemed nice. The restaurant appeared clean, albeit mostly empty.
The food was very cheap, only $10.75 for Hibachi Steak and Shrimp.
Even though it was very affordable and the service was nice, the food was beyond subpar.
I certainly will not be coming back.
In response to the owner’s reply below:
This is nothing personal, I was just very disappointed after the excitement of local hibachi with seemingly food reviews led me to try your restaurant.
If we only posted good reviews and never any “bad comments” as you put it, then the whole review system would be untrue, undependable and inaccurate!

There was no inspection rating visible. When I asked they told me to check online. I rode by the next day and the A rating was on the door. They definitely heard me and posted the rating within 24 hours. The food was good!

Hours posted on the door state that they’re open until 3 then again at 4:30. We showed up before 3 and we’re told to come back after 4. Food is always good, but if you’re going to have hours adhere to them.

We love this place! My fiance and I have been ordering takeout from here almost every weekend for a few months now. It’s always super quick and the folks working are super friendly. The chicken and shrimp are awesome and we love the teriyaki sauce. Definitely recommend!

I am so excited to have decent hibachi so close by! I got a combination plate of chicken and steak and everything was delicious. The steak was especially good! The portions are large and you get loads of meat and veggies.
