We had a great server. Very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. They were very accommodating for gluten free and cross contamination. Highly recommend the stir fry with beef which is very tender potroast

Visiting a friend in Pontiac (we’re from Peoria) and he suggested Baby Bull’s. The place has not been remodeled sin the 60’s, but it makes it kind of charming. Be prepared for a HUGE menu! We stopped in around 1 pm, and were pleased to hear breakfast all day! I had the two egg, two sausage patty & hash brown, my wife had the gypsy skillet & our friend got the salmon with baked potato & fresh vegetables. On a VERY cold day, the food was hot, good/great & the service was excellent. Prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back. This isn’t “Chez Pontiac”, but well worth the trip from Peoria to spend time with a friend.

First time here. Quite Friday morning. Had a Denver omelet and hash browns with green pepper and onion. Buddy had the cornbread Hash. Crispy hash browns puffy omelet the waitress even brought hot sauce without being asked. That was nice. Very small orange juice. Toast was generously buttered buddy liked his meal.

This place is a hit or miss. Good food if it’s made right. The soup is delicious. Just a small town local restaurant. Some food recommendations are: Liver & Onion with mashed potatoes & gravy, Chef Salad, French dips (Italian beef), any Wraps, Panini’s or Burgers make sure to upgrade to a deluxe for fries with soup or salad! Their skillets both farmed and meat lovers are good!! I love their gravy!! Tried their gyro plate the other day and it was delicious!!! I personally wish there were more of the pita bread. The dinner comes with a choice of potato and soup/salad. Tried the cubed steak breakfast and it was pretty good.

This is the 2nd time eating here. I am a traveling nurse so decided to go out to breakfast this time, it was good, but the gravy is a bit different for the biscuits. But everything else is good. The waitress was wonderful, Laura I think was her name. And they have terrific dressings because I bought a salad to go and I remember the first time I ate there, there salad was so fresh and the dressings were so good!!

Stopped in for lunch on a weekday and was seated promptly. We had a horseshoe burger with baked potato soup, the walleye fish special, and a fish sandwich. The soup was good, the horseshoe was a mountain of cheesy deliciousness, the walleye was huge (and all you can eat), and the fish sandwich was also huge. All of this at a very reasonable price with great service. Highly recommend this restaurant!

I was really hoping this would be a good place, but I was wrong. Traveling in a semi, you’re limited on where you can park. The main reason we went. Should have left right after we opened the door and was hit with the “musty” smell. But we went in. Waitress was very nice and was the only good thing besides it having good decor. Sweet Tea tasted like it was made with sweetener, asked, and was told that’s how they get it, and you’re restricted to 1 refill! my turkey sandwich was advertised as having mayo, but it was salad dressing, and it was dry, but the garlicbread it was served on was good. To some, mayo/salad dressing might not matter, but to me, there is a BIG difference in taste. I try to support the mom & pop places and hope they can pull thru this Era of uncertainty. I’d suggest downsizing the menu and focusing on a few signature items that actually have “baby bull” ingredients or change your logo name. I’d like to see, baby bulls chili!

A very friendly place to visit. My server was considerate and made sure was order was cooked separately from any allergens. The portion sizes are huge and food is delicious. I loved my feta cheese omelette.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Waitress tried to sit 4 adults & 3 young girls at a small table, when asked for a bigger table, like a booth, the waitress got rude and stopped helping us mid seating and handed the menus and high chair to another server and told him “you deal with them” and proceeded to give me a dirty look. The restaurant was not busy and when my daughter’s food came out, it was cold and the bowls were DIRTY and there was stuff inside of their food. We immediately got up to say something and management acted like it was not a big deal and did not care. Completely unacceptable. 0/10. Do not eat here.
