The Only Real Trinity
Came up to Vallejo from Los Angeles on business and found this spot while looking for breakfast. It was during their soft opening, but everything was on point. The menu has a lot of options and the prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes.
I had the pork chops with potatoes and scrambled eggs…seasoned perfectly and absolutely delicious. I added hollandaise sauce on the side, and it was amazing mixed together. My friend ordered the corned beef hash and said it was awesome. Presentation is a nice touch too. They even add a flower on the plate.
Since being here, I’ve gone at least twice a week. Easily one of the best breakfast spots in Vallejo. I haven’t tried dinner yet (I believe it’s Korean food), but after meeting the owner and hearing she has other restaurants, I’ll definitely be back. Everything is fresh and made to order. Highly recommend.

This is my first time visit and I didn’t expect a busy weekday lunch with so many customers. We were seated right away, the server I don’t know her name, was pleasant, courteous and made sure met our needs despite the busyness.
This diner is located in a plaza with plenty of parking space. The area inside looked packed to me probably because that same time there’s like a big group company lunch that was seated near us. I agree seats are close next to each other.
Amazing menu options of American and Korean food. At 7am-3pm= American breakfast and lunch
11am-2:30pm= Korean dishes
4:30pm-8:30pm= Voms chicken, Korean chicken
The place has a cute decor and wall art, clean place even the table condiments are nice neat and clean.
Waited 15-20mins before food arrived. The korean bbq short ribs was so delicious! Pricey compared to other short ribs meal (others has white rice & mac) but it is so delectably good with their eggs and fried rice! There’s kimchi and toast on the side as well, so hungry that it is worth the price. I also had the Chicken n Waffle, the chickens are huge and tastes like my mom’s home cooked fried chicken. The waffles are thick and big and crispy. The left overs were out to-go for later.
Overall this is a very good place to eat, reasonably priced, not the cheap or affordable choice for me but the experience and the good food and customer service hope stays the same.

We wanted something a little different from the usual places we visit, and it just so happens that we stumbled upon this little gem close by to where we have our doctor’s appointments. It’s a nice and cozy place, I especially love the comfy cushions provided on most of the seats by the wall. And they have a great fall decorations going on right now which added a nice little touch to their cozy atmosphere. Food was fantastic! The portions were very generous. In fact, me and my wife could’ve shared a platter and still be more than satisfied. We had their chicken and waffles, corned beef hash with fried rice and poached eggs (recommended by our waitress! Great choice btw) and a waffle with a side of bacon for our granddaughter. Great flavors! And quite a crunchy kick for their fried chicken. We’re definitely coming back to try the rest of their menu.

So excited to see Babs Delta Dinner in Vallejo! A Suisun staple for brunch, the owner Julie is the same owner there as well as the Yo Sushi’s in Vallejo and Vacaville. Babs Delta Dinner in Vallejo is where Vons Chicken is in the Glen Cove Safeway Plaza. It’s breakfast menu is served until 2:30pm with some Korean and chicken items but your all American breakfast and even alcohol! I love their breakfast, I was a bit hungry and I opted for the Korean bbq short ribs with an over easy/medium eggs and sour bread toast which pairs well with jam. My friend got a hot cake (pancake), side of hot links, and a Philly cheesesteak with seasoned fries. They also serve Korean food and their chicken during lunch too. They painted cute snoopy murals and it was super busy with no wait on Saturday for lunch. The workers are super friendly and nice and make great recommendations. Parking is easy since it’s in a shopping center. I can’t wait to go back! There are so many options on the menu!

We had a great breakfast at this new diner today! The food was excellent, with a big variety of breakfast dishes, a solid kids’ menu, and everything perfectly cooked. The kids loved the pancakes, waffles and eggs, and my husband and I enjoyed the corned beef hash and an omelet. On an early-ish Sunday morning the place wasn’t too busy, so we were seated right away and the food came out fast. The interior of the diner looks all brand new, modern, cozy, and very cute, with fall decor, soft pillows, and TV screens showing autumn scenes. All the waitstaff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. One wall is still being painted, but they have a cute mural of Peanuts characters that the kids liked. Parking was easy in the big lot out front. We don’t live very close by but would definitely make the trip over to Glen Cove again for breakfast!

For those that have been to the Bab’s in Susuin, this is the same owner. Their food is fantastic, very friendly staff and they serve mimosas, soju and other alcohol beverages, which the Susuin Bab’s does not.

The restaurant is really cute. The young Lady who greeted us was so sweet. The server was very nice. The food however was absolutely terrible. Nothing on either of our plates was appetizing. My food was cold and I’m pretty sure the chicken was from frozen like tv dinner chicken. I really wanted to like it but we definitely won’t be back.

My first time at Babs. The food is great, the portions are enormous- enough to take home for another meal. My waiter, Ken was so friendly. He explained options from the huge menu, checked on me and was generally amazing. The other waitress was so nice when answering a question about an item she was serving.
Overall- 10/10 for Babs. Definitely will be coming back.
