Babbs Coffeehouse is an absolute gem in Fargo. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and the perfect place to relax or get some work done. The chai latte I ordered was amazing, and they have something for everyone in the form of drinks, food, and lots of baked goods. The staff was friendly and made sure I had a good experience. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick caffeine fix or staying awhile, Babbs won’t disappoint!

The staff are all very down to earth and laid back, kind people. The space is very aesthetically pleasing and comforting to be in. The coffee is absolutely amazing! A good spot for an Instagram photo or to meet up with a friend, or to study. As this is a coffeehouse, I wouldn’t recommend trying to order a whole meal from here- go to any other food spot available (the breakfast sandwich is very good though)

While searching for things to check out in Fargo while there for an appointment, I discovered this coffee shop. Seattle, Wa is one of my favorite cities in the world, so I was excited to check out this coffee shop. Well, yes, the decor is cool, and reflects the Seattle scene. However, I was disappointed to find that the “North Dakota” culture of poor service and incredulous staff was in full effect. People in North Dakota just don’t seem to understand how to be cordial and friendly. The owner was there and interrupted a conversation I was having with my server, and completely ignored me. In my experience, that’s the standard in North Dakota. The locals just don’t get it; socially inept. Good coffee, but I bought a cookie today (5/30), and later noticed that it had a sticker that read 5/24. So a week old…

The atmosphere brings you in and the coffee keeps you coming back. Try the latte of the day. They haven’t steered me wrong yet. I still have dreams of the lucky charms latte from st Patrick’s day a few years ago. This is the coffee spot to read, work, and take in the relaxing vibes.

What an amazing find!!! Fargo should be famous for Babbs. The staff are so kind, helpful, and skilled at what they do. Remarkably friendly.
We came in about 11 with a lot of people and we had some dietary questions and didn’t have our stuff together .
The staff were still super friendly and helpful. Babbs also has the goods on the food and drinks!!
It’s a great place to hang out and eat, drink coffee, etc. super cozy, tons of things to explore, games, super comfortable seating.

Haven’t been here in a while. Said why not. There were four people behind the counter and ALL seemed really annoyed with us just being there. We wanted to get breakfast sandwiches, said forget that. Don’t to upset them more. They seemed also annoyed when we asked for our stuff togo even though we initially said we wanted it to be. I understand service industry but that was real awkward. I could feel the energy Coffee was also made wrong.

The price is fair and the coffee is good. Everything as expected.
Look up when entering the building the big giant cross beam made out of cast irons. It is how the front of the building is supported permitting those beautiful tall glass opening. This is typical modern built from the 1800s.
This was one of the first building in Fargo. The train delivered the raw materials and they build that strip right away.
The decorations inside is no e showing off some of the original features of the building. Owner love to talk about his building and the history of the area.
