Visited Babbos for the very first time with family visiting from NS. We were greeted warmly at the door and shown to our table right away. Soon after Paige came to us offering specials and to take order for our drinks. Btw, she is a keeper and management should give her a raise for an excellent attitude towards customers. She is extremely pleasant, professional and competent. We ordered zucchini sticks, Burrata,calamari and bruschetta to go with our drinks. Every single item was delicious and served promptly and smilingly by Paige. I made a meal out of these and the warm , flaky , fluffy and yummy bread which was served. Others ordered the special of the day veal in white wine sauce and pasta with chicken, mushrooms and onions. Both the meals were superb. Wonderful experience. Will go again for sure.

From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding, and our host added a delightful energy to our celebration.
The food was delicious – every dish was bursting with authentic Italian flavors. To top off an already perfect meal, the staff surprised my daughter with her dessert, complete with a candle! It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that made her birthday lunch even more special.

This is a really nice restaurant with very good food and impeccable service (friendly, attentive and efficient). I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara which was tasty while my dining companions each ordered something different with similar responses. Babbos was busy, which attests to its marvelous reputation, but still maintaining a cozy, relaxed feel. A definite recommendation.

We’ve been to Babbos Italian Restaurant in Manotick a few times now, and it never disappoints. Tonight we brought my parents for their first visit, and they absolutely loved it.
Babbos is a small, well-appointed, authentic Italian restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always incredibly pleasant, and the food has been consistently delicious every time we’ve visited.
One of the best parts is that the kitchen is built right into the restaurant you can watch the magic happen, and the smells alone are mouth-watering.
Christine was our server this evening and she was AMAZING. She made great menu recommendations and tailored choices for everyone at the table. You can tell this isn’t just a job for her, it’s her passion, and it truly shows in the service she provides.

Needed a reservation for Friday night birthday dinner. This was a busy spot with a nice atmosphere. With so many people, it is noisy, but not too loud. The service was prompt and courteous. I like it when a waitress addresses the water situation right off the bat. Ordered wine right away and then dove into the menu, which offered a good variety of things that I would like to try. Its always nice to have several options on a menu that are appealing.
We started with calamari, which was ok. For me, the coating could be lighter and crispier and less heavy with oil. For the main, I went with the special, which was veal scallopini with alho e olho spaghetti. Very satisfying and delicious. We shared a tiramisu for dessert, which was really good and the single plate was adequate for two people.
This restaurant seems to be popular for birthday dinners, as the sparkled desserts and singing were common occurrences. They also have a somewhat private dining area available.
I’d recommend this spot for a decent Italian restaurant.

Hi from Rockland. This was our first visit. My wife and I enjoyed our meal, atmosphere, quick service and food was well prepared and arrived hot.
Restaurant was clean, we were greated at the door and manager made a point to speak to everyone seated in the restaurant.

Came here on a Wednesday night and it was actually really busy! So def recommend reservations in advance.
Super nice interior with comfortable chairs and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Calamari and Cesar salad are really good and the carbonara is delicious. The open kitchen is nice to watch the chefs prepare your food and the wine list is pretty good too for Manotick. Def a must check out!

What an incredible experience from start to finish! The appetizers were outstanding, the mains were unbelievably delicious—I couldn’t get over how fresh the pasta tasted—and the dessert was truly unforgettable. I’ve been to Italy twice, and this was honestly some of the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. Babbo’s is a true hidden gem that completely exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to come back!
