Baba’s Chicken in Ashburn is a small, bustling place with a true Punjabi street-food vibe. We tried quite a few dishes — Creamy Chicken, Masala Chicken, Soya Tikka Chaap, Reshmi Kebab, and Seekh Kebab. The flavors were spot-on — authentic, well-marinated, and cooked perfectly. The quality of food definitely stands out, and the service was warm and attentive. The server kept checking in and even brought us extra onions every time we asked.

However, the portion sizes were quite small compared to the prices. Paying around $22 for creamy chicken with limited quantity or $20 for just three kebab pieces felt a bit steep. We didn’t enjoy the Masala Chicken as much, but the rest of the dishes made up for it.

Overall, it’s a good spot to experience authentic Punjabi flavors — great taste, high quality, but pricey portions. Still, it’s worth visiting once in a while for a flavorful meal and lively ambiance. We’ll definitely come back to try more dishes next time!

We came to Baba’s with our family to celebrate a birthday, and it was such a great experience! We ordered both the veg and non-veg platters, and every item was a burst of flavor. We’re from Ludhiana, so when we heard Baba Chicken opened in Virginia, we had to try it. Drove an hour from Maryland, and honestly — it was the same exact taste as back home! The Butter Chicken and Kali Mirch Paneer were spot on. Definitely our new go-to Punjabi restaurant — brought back so many memories!

Absolutely loved Baba Restaurant in Ashburn, VA! The food is truly authentic Punjabi — full of flavor and perfectly spiced. The fish pakora were hands-down the best I’ve had in a long time, crispy on the outside and tender inside. The tandoori chicken variety was fantastic, juicy, and bursting with smoky flavor. And the Amritsari kulcha was just outstanding — soft, buttery, and perfectly stuffed. The staff were very professional and friendly, making the dining experience even better.
A must-try spot if you’re craving real Punjabi food!

If you’re craving a true taste of home, this place absolutely delivers! I had the butter chicken, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—rich, creamy, perfectly spiced, and full of flavor. It immediately took me back to my childhood in Ludhiana. The aroma alone was enough to stir up memories of home-cooked meals.

The hospitality here is beyond compare—warm, welcoming, and incredibly gracious. You feel like you’re being hosted by family. The ambience is equally impressive—elegant yet cozy, with an authentic charm that makes you want to linger a little longer.

From the first bite to the last sip of chai, everything was perfect. A beautiful place, a beautiful experience. Highly recommend!

Another delicious dinner at Baba’s Resto Bar!

We ate the best Amritsari Kulcha in the world. The chicken malai tikka was succulent and melted in our mouths. The taste and flavors were incredible. I will not be visiting India anymore to eat this delicacy when I can have the best in my own neighborhood. On top of the delicious food is the atmosphere and warm hospitality.

Visited Baba’s Chicken Ashburn recently and had one of the best dining experiences in a long time. We tried the Lahori Kadai Chicken (bone-in), Afghani Chicken Tandoori, and Kali Mirch Fish Tikka — every single dish was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and packed with authentic taste.

The Lahori Kadai Chicken had that rich, traditional aroma and deep, balanced spices.
The Afghani Chicken Tandoori was incredibly tender and creamy with a beautiful smoky finish.
And the Kali Mirch Fish Tikka was a standout — soft, juicy, and seasoned to perfection with just the right hint of black pepper.

The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, perfect for families and friends. The service was excellent—quick, polite, and very attentive.

Overall, Baba’s Chicken exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious, authentic flavors with top-notch hospitality. Will definitely be coming back!

We were quite disappointed with the food and taste. We ordered masala chicken which was very tangy and bit sweet. Also, Ordered chicken manchow soup which was okay but didn’t taste like manchow soup. The quantity is okay but the taste was not up to the mark. Personally, I have had far better experiences in the DMV area
