Genuinely the worst hot chicken I have tried. I had never tried this place, so in order to give it a fair chance I ordered a side of mac and cheese, two different types of tenders for my sandwich combo (which I got fries with since I wanted to try basically all they had to offer), their ranch on the side, extra pickles, and extra coleslaw on the side. What I received was TERRIBLE mac and cheese that tasted like straight water and had absolutely no cheese flavor or flavor of anything like salt or pepper literally anything, which wasn’t even filled all the way, (didn’t even think you could mess up mac and cheese in the first place but they definitely did), literal cabbage in a cup (no slaw), and two tenders that tasted the exact same (which didn’t even have a good flavor, kind of like pepper but no real rub on there) on bread that was instantly soggy and falling apart (that was covering two pickles because I guess extra pickles was too hard to fulfill). The fries were okay, but nothing special and the ranch was watery (just tasted like I could buy it at any store). Even the photos I took couldn’t make you understand how terrible it was. The best thing at this place was the foundation drink. While the atmosphere was cool, that has nothing to do with the place itself (since it’s in Redlands Public Market and they were doing some activities that were kind of fun). The service was pretty bad, as I said thank you multiple times and the guy at the front genuinely didn’t even mumble not one word the entire time I was there. Also, it was crazy expensive so I genuinely just wasted almost 30 dollars ♀️. Do not go here, genuinely just about every single other hot chicken place I’ve ever tried has been 10x better. I’m not one to usually complain at all, but after wasting my money I feel like everybody else should know what to expect here and needs to know to avoid this place. Also, if you think I’m just being over critical you should check some of the other reviews. Others also mention the terrible mac, the gross chicken, and bad service.

Food was great and service was fast. Restaurant is located inside the Redlands Public Market. Many seats available and the ambiance is very social as the Market can get packed. Food arrived after 10 mins from ordering. The Mild spicy level is pretty spicy. Would recommend this place!

The chicken lacks both quality and taste. I got medium level of hotness, but yet my chicken had no taste. As I was eating the chicken, the coating of seasoning kept falling apart. It’s almost as if it were leftovers from the previous day.
The french fries were also not that great. I’m surprised they don’t have packets of pepper for their customers. I’m not much of a fan of soda, but the combo came with a fountain drink. Their soda machine needs work because the Coke Zero and Diet Coke taste awful.

This place is better than Dave’s Skimped Out chicken. The size of these tenders are huge! Freshly made right in front of you. The heat levels here are not that hot compared to other chicken places but it does the job.

Really good loaded fries. I ordered the mini and it was surprisingly huge. Portion is just perfect for one person. The fries are also very crispy. Love how it was cooked. I hope they keep it that way.
