This place is absolute trash. Do not visit this place ever. They served me a cornbeef sandwich made with slice of bread from the back of a loaf of bread and refuse to refund my back. The cashier said they had a no refund policy which wasn’t posted anywhere. She offered to remake it, which was a no for me as I was s first time customer. The cashier was also rude.

I really wish I could give this a better rating, but no. I heard they had good food so I decuded to give them a try. Very disappointing. I ordered a philly cheese and after pulling out all the onions, that’s when I saw there was badicslly no meat. Just one little tired sliver of meat and absolutely no flavor (unless you enjoy a mouth full of onions). The fries were just as bland. No salt orr seasoning of any kind. Most were overcooked and dried out. I ordered through the drive thru during the evening so maybe the morning shift does a better job. ?? Nonetheless… I will NOT be back.

Ordered 3 hotdogs two with only ketchup and the 3rd one a Chicago style and all 3 were with ketchup only, never got my Chicago style one. Italian sausage combo I ordered and I got cheese with only Italian sausage which was cold and my bread wasn’t even dipped when I said yes when she asked. Got a Philly cheese for my husband there was absolutely hardly no meat there was more lettuce than anything. This was our first time there and definitely will be our last. I wasted money it was ridiculous! Not to mention the food Italian sausage and Philly meat was cold like it’s just been sitting.

Terrible place to order from! I ordered through DoorDash and they didn’t give them my drink or the cookies that I ordered! DoorDash was great and had the order redelivered and they didn’t give them the drink AGAIN! They gave me some random cake when I clearly ordered cookies and now they won’t answer the phone! The Italian beef was dry, and overcooked and the fries were not seasoned at all and soggy! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It was my first time ordering from them but never again. DO NOT waste your money here!!!

My last post was for a different location. However the food on sibley isn’t much better. I ordered a gyro plate from Uber eats for 18.99. It wasn’t much meat. The meat was cold. It seemed like they took it off the gyro skewer before it had cooked. They didn’t bother to grill it to proper temp. Also the pita was Luke warm. As if they put a pita in the microwave to nuke it. It had no substance. I thought I’d give them a pass for the old refried chicken wings from a week ago..but if I don’t speak up who will? THIS THE BABAS BY THE SCHOOL ON SIBLEY…685 E SIBLEY. DO BETTER. NOBODY HAS MONEY TO WASTE LIKE THAT.

Packing is recycled paper which doesn’t hold food…and worst of all they have no working phone number. Just horrible. These were supposed to be Italian beefs dipped wet with cheese on one. Notice unmelted cheese(cold sandwiches) DRY BREAD(not dipped) Hard fries(cold and burnt) and cheese was put on both. Do BETTER. AND GET A PHONE.

I ordered an Italian beef dipped with nacho cheese and hot peppers, a philly mix with just American cheese and peppers dipped, mild sauce on the fries and a watermelon lemonade. NONE of the stuff I ordered was correct. My meat was undercooked, my watermelon lemonade was strawberry, and my fries were undone and DRY, and my philly wasn’t even a philly. I’ve been coming to this location for years, but this is the first and last time I will allow them to disappoint me. In the photo, the meat is dark on one side and pink and gray on the other. The pic of the fries speaks for itself.
