This place has such yummy food! Probably the best waffle fries I’ve ever had, absolutely recommend the garlic Parmesan version!! This time I tried their smashburger and the Babas sauce is delicious~ Next time 100% going to get the kimchi chicken sandwich because it looked incredible. Definitely returning!

After an afternoon spent at Church Camp Shooting Range, my buddy and I stopped in for some lunch.
Tucked away towards the back of Richert Ale Works, is an unassuming counter where you receive your order. Ordering is done by using a touch screen located near the counter or by QR code located air each table, and service was fast.
Upon receiving our order (I ordered the Klucking Kimchi sandwich with the seasoned waffle fries) my first impression was that this sandwich was HEFTY. It wasn’t an overly messy sandwich either given the sauce and slaw combo. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the sauce was sweet and smokey with a slight spice to it that was balanced by the creamy asian slaw. The slaw itself was very good, slaw often being an after thought on most sandwiches, this slaw was perfectly dressed and the cabbage maintained its crunch throughout the meal.
The waffle fries were very good, they were hot and crispy upon arrival. Baba’s uses SEASONED waffle fries, unlike the bland and limp waffle fries commonly found in most establishments. S-Tier fries in my opinion. Looking forward to trying the garlic parm fries and the onion rings on my next visit.
The owner came out to check on us, he asked us how we enjoyed our meal and if there were any critiques. I told him everything was excellent and how I was already looking forward to my next visit. We chatted a bit about the grand opening and the hurdles it took to get there, I am in the food service industry also and know how it goes so kudos to him fro pulling it off.
Overall, the food was great, the owners were good people and seemed genuinely interested in your experience. I highly recommend checking out this spot, will be coming back soon.

We have eaten Baba’s 3x since they opened 2 weeks ago. The 1st time, on opening day, my daughter got the chicken tenders (she’s quite picky but she loved them), I ordered the Barrelhouse (the BBQ sauce was so yummy!), and my husband got the Spicy Bacon PB&J (He raved about but I wasn’t convinced to even try a bite). We liked the food so much that we ordered again the next day. We got the same burgers and my husband basically forced me to try his so we split them and each traded a half. This is when my world changed. I’ve been thinking about the Spicy Bacon PB&J non-stop ever since. We both ordered it today – there’s no going back to halfsies. There is something AMAZING about the burger with peanut butter, jelly, bacon and jalapeño. We definitely recommend!

Yummm!!! The parmesan garlic fries were so good! The Korean wings were amazing. The sauce is made in house! The Burgers were so delicious and loved by our party of 4. The aleworks flight was delicious and so much fun! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I ordered the bourbon chicken sandwich. I have not had one like this ever. This was the best chicken sandwich with exceptional flavor. He does not skimp on size. It was more than an mouthfuland messy!!! I had to cut it in half to make it easier to eat. We will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu. The owner is very personable and friendly.

My brother saw this place recently open right across the street from us on google so we came to check it out. The service was amazing from the time we got there. When we got home to eat we were not disappointed at all. Everything seems to be home made and was freaking delicious. 10/10 will be back again and would recommend trying it out and helping a small business.

We came here after seeing it was open on Google. Needing something new to try and I love smash burgers, but most joints are kind of “meh”. I got the Bourbon BBQ burger and O…M…G was it AMAZING. The sauce, the doneness of the patties, just the right amount of crisp. This burger is hands done the best I’ve ever had. And their garlic/parm waffle fries… absolutely to die for!!! Will be visiting again…often. I made the recommendation for a mushroom and Swiss, and he said he would do one. Excellent service, good atmosphere, and the brewery that it shares space with, just a PERFECT pairing. I highly recommend giving Babas/Richter a shot. You won’t be disappointed! P.S. I didn’t think to take a picture before I devoured my food, apologies.
