Have you ever been to Bangkok Thailand? Yep, me neither. But I did eat at Baan Thai Cuisine & Bar like a badass looking to score with a good meal.

I didn’t just eat at Baan Thai Cuisine & Bar, I ascended into a spicy parallel universe where Pad Thai noodles whip around like golden lassos trying to rope my heart.

The Chicken Lettuce Wraps weren’t just crisp; they were green UFOs abducting my taste buds and teaching them intergalactic diplomacy!

The Thai Dumplings arrived like tiny robed monks chanting “more, more, more” while radiating coconut-scented enlightenment across my table.

The whole place feels like an ancient temple of sass where basil leaves are holy relics and chili peppers judge you from their throne of enlightenment, for being American and eating a cheeseburger every third day.

Each bite was a neon-colored thunderclap of flavor so dramatic I almost signed a waiver to take my soul!

By dessert I wasn’t in Utah anymore, I was starring in an epic martial arts film, like Bruce Lee (I think he’s Thai?) kicking butt and stealing dumplings, where I was both the hero and the sidekick, wielding chopsticks like nunchucks.

Baan Thai isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a kaleidoscope of spice, texture, and unhinged joy that will have you sweating, laughing, and plotting your next return before the last dumpling disappears!

Had a lovely lunch at Baan! The presentation of the food was beautiful, and everything tasted as good as it looked. I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu — it was flavorful, well-balanced, and had just the right amount of sweetness and tang. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the tofu was crispy on the outside and soft inside.

One highlight was the veggie spring roll served on the side — it was absolutely delicious! Fresh, crispy, and packed with flavor — easily one of the best I’ve had.

The side salad was also fresh and crisp with a light, tasty dressing, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of crushed peanuts and lime on the side to adjust the flavor to taste.

Great attention to detail, friendly service, and a peaceful, clean setting. Definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone craving fresh, authentic Thai food!

Great food, wide selection, and service was fast
The food has understandable descriptions which is very helpful since I’ve never had Thai food before
We had their Coconut shrimp appetizer, beef fried rice dish, and a tofu dish (forgot the name)
They have a great selection of drinks and their Sangria was delicious!

Beautiful Thai dishes served with amazing service! Every dish we had we really liked. They do have a 1, 2, 3 spice level and it was recommended to try a 2 if you like spice. I do like it spicy but level 2 was a bit too much for me so beware of that. Overall it was very yummy food!!

I really enjoyed my food. However, we were the last ones in the restaurant and I went to the bathroom left my card in the bathroom. Immediately went back for it. It was gone. The employees stole it and two hours after the restaurant closed down, they ordered from 1 800 contacts two times. I called, they refused to acknowledge they took my card. And they used it again online for a Korean skincare. At this point, it was clear the card had been taken and used fraudulently.

While the food was good, this situation was handled very poorly and resulted in financial stress and time spent resolving fraud. I strongly recommend keeping personal belongings secured at all times if dining here.

A police report has been filed.

We arrived at 7:45pm on a Friday night and were seated immediately. The place is unique. We sat on the 2nd floor in a cozy nook. The food arrived less than 10 minutes after ordering and was absolutely delicious! The price is higher, but you can tell the food is fresh. Our server was very sweet.

This is a really great Thai place in Lehi. It is part of the outlet mall, so swing by when you are hungry after shopping. The food was amazing! Such rich flavors, I had to use all the rice to soak up every bit of sauce. The staff is friendly and attentive. If you REALLY like Thai hot, ask for the spice tray so you can continue to make it as spicy as you want, but be warned, Thai is already pretty hot! 🙂

One of the best Thai restaurants I’ve been to, unfortunately I’ve been to a lot of bad ones but this one was very well done. Panang Curry and Drunken noodles. Both dishes were full of flavor, the curry being a little spicy and I loved how it was not too oily. Sat really well w my stomach and wasn’t heavy. The noodles are a must if it’s your first time, but would recommend a curry to go with it. The atmosphere is very cute and I loved the plant decor on the wall, there is also a bar upstairs.

We ordered a to go of kao soi with both chicken and veg, one green curry, basil fried rice.

I loved the kao soi but the fried rice is very oily with too many veggies and very little rice. The place is really expensive to the quantity they give

My sister and I decided to give Baan a try, and we were not disappointed! We enjoyed our main courses of green curry and drunken noodles. We appreciated the service, it was a busy night with a lot going on but we still felt well taken care of. While we enjoyed the chicken satay appetizer overall, it was a bit dry. Spice warning: my sister ordered mild and found her curry to be very hot! Probably not a good spot for people with low spice tolerances. This is also a higher priced Thai restaurant compared to others in the county, so be prepared for that if you go.
