Great customer service, atmosphere, and a clean and organized establishment. I recommend you give it a try.
Also, they are chincy with the rice!
In my pictures I had to separate the onion and took out all the other ingredients out of the sauce. Yellow curry for $17 gave me this tiny bit. Could get more food ANY where else for the price
When we brought this to the attention of the woman at the front and politely requested a refund, we were told, “everyone else liked it today,” and “I can’t give you a refund solely based on how it tastes. If there was something wrong with it, we could refund you.”
That response was frustrating and illogical — the taste of food is absolutely an indicator that something can be wrong. Instead of addressing the issue and prioritizing customer service, they chose to dismiss the concern and keep the money.
We won’t be returning.
You order and pay at the counter. The food will be delivered to your table as it is finished cooking. Note that the food comes out as they see fit. For example, our entrees came out one at a time, about 5 minutes apart, and before the appetizers.
My wife ordered fried dumplings as an appetizer and pad Thai as her entre. I ordered the Thai sausage appetizer and pad woon see as the entre. My entre had different ingredients than the menu listed, with different noodles and veggies. The dumplings were very good with a thicker and more savory dipping sauce than most places serve. The sausage was very over cooked, basically burnt. Both entries were served very dry, barely a hint of sauce.
Perhaps we were here on an off-day, but it appeared that the same family members were working as when we visited previously. I’m not sure we will be returning as we’ve had better Thai in Chattanooga.
