Most authentic Bahn Mini I’ve had since traveling in Vietnam. Bread is top notch. The ingredients are super fresh and touch all parts of the palate.

The banh mi was tasty even later in the day since I decided to waste to eat it.
They have the sweet rice, buns and spring rolls to go too. Also. Also, meats and frozen egg rolls you can make at home too. I haven’t tried them but I bet they’re pretty good. Give them a try!

I ordered online and waited about 20 minutes before I arrived and the lady didn’t even know I had an order. I ordered a beef banh mi and it was absolutely disgusting I ordered chips and it was a bag of expired lays I ordered egg rolls and when I got there she said she didn’t have any and gave me warm spring rolls that look like they have been left out for days. The order cost me around $25 – 30 dollars with tip. I usually dont complain but this was the worst food I have ever received in my lifetime.

Pretty good food. I was a little sad that they were out of the number 18 but the number 2 I tried was tasty, but a little dry and the bread was extra hard. The waffles were very good. Do not expect the normal waffle texture, these are much denser and nearly sticky. Eat when warm. The bao bun was good and had half a hard boiled egg in it.

A nice little place to pick up your Vietnamese favorites. Got the Banh Mi Dac Biet – Ham, Pork Sandwich. There was little to no meat!! Not satisfying and left hungry. Nothing special about this place. 50 cents to ask veggies on side, automatically charges 10 cents for bag without asking even if you may not need one.
Easy parking in lot but with these high prices, spend a couple extra dollars and go elsewhere.

Awesome bahn mi! Not the best I’ve ever had, but it’s very flavorful and a great sandwich for $5. I got a number 2, would definitely recommend. Meat was delicious and tender, and the vegetables all tasted very fresh. I do wish there was a bit more meat on the sandwich to give a better meat to veggies ratio, but that’s a minor critique. I will definitely go back and try the other versions. This was about 20 minutes away and I would eat it immediately next time, bread got a little soggy. But I knew that might happen, so not blaming the restaurant for that. Sorry for the not great picture quality, I was too hungry to take a better one!

Came here at 8:30 am with my daughter to get a fried egg sandwich for her. I got a jack fruit and lemon Boba she got mango. She reports the sandwich is great and eating food from all over the world she knows her Vietnamese cuisine.
The service was friendly, definitely felt safe as a black lady with my baby in there. All the food was made to order which was fine. Clean establishment and very well mannered lady at the counter. Will be our go to sandwich shop on this side of town from now on.

Ba Le sandwiches used to be my go to for banh mi. But the times have changed. First the GOOD: authentic viet style sandwiches that used to be better. Good variety of stuffins, fresh veggies, just the right size bun. The BAD: they used to be better: meats, pate, hams, etc seem diminished in recent months. Flavors are still good but there’s just less of it. And yeah, they’re not the friendlies folks but it’ll do. Other sammy places are catching up and sometimes surpassing Ba Le.

Bahn mi seems to be hard to find in Denver but this place definitely hits the spot. It’s also cheap. Only $5 for any bahn mi. I had one with fried egg and it was delicious.
I do kind of wish they asked if I wanted chilli or not because that had my mouth burning for a good twenty minutes afterwards. Actually I take that back. I can still feel the burn while writing this!
This review is also supported by the random other customer telling me that these are the best bahn mi’s in Denver.

Good banh mi, the flavor was great the ratio of ingredients was on point, I got the bbq pork and I really enjoyed it. I was a little disappointed by the size for the price, $3.75 for a banh mi which is small by American standards, the sandwich is the size of an authentic Vietnamese banh mi, but for $3.75 I expected bigger. However after eating, it was just enough to fill me up. I will go back again
