Beyond happy that my route finally brought me this way at lunch time. Got a traditional southern meal, brisket, mac and cheese, and slaw with a sweat tea and I gotta say the brisket fell right apart and was juicy. Mac and cheese was thick and flavorful. And the slaw had a good zing I think from the vinegar (which i like). Staff was smiley and warming and the bathroom you could write in chalk and feel like a big kid again lol love it wish I could give above 5 stars

Top 10 in New England is what we heard… but I’m not so sure about that. Pretty disappointed by the quality we experienced today. Ribs weren’t even close to falling off the bone and were overdone and tough. Nothing was melt in your mouth or juicy. Brisket didn’t have a good flavor, and the mac and cheese was just weird. The chicken drumsticks were the best thing on the platter. Taking home and hoping we can repurpose it into something better so it isn’t a total waste.

Beef ribs are my favorite, they are very tasty and juicy. I also liked the Reuben very much. Beef brisket, ribs, and pulled chicken are all very good. Dirty rice is my favorite side.
Wait times can be as long as an hour. Though, they let you sit and wait with your drink from outside. They only take to pick up orders on the phone. I wish I could pre-order on the phone to avoid waiting. Overall, they are one of the best barbecues in the state.

Some really good BBQ. If I had a complaint it was two fold. 1. The platter comes with one pound of meat in reality it was closer to 1kgs. Lots of meat.
The second and serious one is the wait time. For the three platters it was over 30 minutes. It was rather busy but wow it took forever.

BT’s was absolutely incredible. The smoked chicken was super juicy. The beef brisket was tender and had insane flavor. Also grabbed a cup of the Mac but could’ve eaten a quart of it. Finally, we tried the wings which they recently brought back. The amount of meat on each wing and flavor was out of this world. The staff was really friendly too and hospitable which made it all the better. Can’t really get much better than this.

When in doubt?! Need your BBQ taste buds slapped around! This is a great choice for Ribs, chicken and beef. Loved the Carolina sauces and smoke work accomplished by the team there. The sides were nice and the onion rings were outta bounds delicious as were the bacon bites! The RC cola was a nice added southern treat as well. It was worth the lunchtime rush wait. We’ll be going back again when in the area. Totally recommend giving them a try, it was well worth it.

We found this on a day trip. Anytime we go off Cape, we look for BBQ joints. So glad we found B.T.’s !Absolute Heaven !! The best most authentic BBQ we’ve ever found up North. We brought home the whole hog package and had it all week. The ribs were tender, the brisket divine, and the pulled pork was delicious. All had that perfect smoke. I’m going to pray that they consider opening a second location on Cape, but it is definitely worth the 3 hour drive Oh, I can’t forget the sandwiches we had before hitting the road. I’m still dreaming about the catfish Po Boy and the brisket rueben was out of this world. Well done BT’s

Great food, the smells are awesome menu is large and varied. The line moves quickly and don’t be put off but phone ordered take outs will walk to the front of the line and have priority over those waiting in person to dine in, or order in and carry out. Try the varied sauces on the table, there all good.

The seasoning salt they put on the fries was an issue…because I couldn’t stop eating it. So good!
Brisket was delicious, fatty and juicy. Hush puppies were also very good. Tasted like a corn bread batter, and there were little pieces of jalapeno (I think) inside. The natural sweetness of the corn bread was perfect.
Can’t wait to return and try more things!

This food stop has amazing food!!! The chicken, both smoke and drum sticks, hand cut fries, Mac and cheese and potato salad were just right.food was fresh, service was good, and prices were VERY reasonable. I’ll definitely be back. Plus cool signage, just can’t be beat!!!
