What a chic and cozy place to enjoy THE best beers and cocktails. The Bluejacket IPA was smooth as could be. The French 75 and their whiskey sour were truly top tier. Made beautifully and deliciously. Such a good spot with warm lighting and intimate seating. Drafts are priced nicely with half pints ranging $3-6 and full pints starting at about $8. We didn’t have any food- but the options looked great! Would definitely go for the spice bag next time. Cheers!

Went out with my wife for a drink on a weekday night. We sat at the bar and started with beer. I got a draft beer, forgot it’s name, but it was the first one on the draft beer menu. It was light and smooth. My wife ordered a non-alcoholic beer and it didn’t taste any different from a regular beer.
I also ordered an old fashioned. It was a bit too sweet for me but I enjoyed it. The bartender recommended bourbon for my drink, and it had woody scent and tatse.
This bar will be our go to since it opens till 10pm and it’s pretty close to where I live. Love this place.

Loved this place, love the staff! We celebrated a friend’s birthday there in January, just 4 of us. But we were definitely catered to very well as guests and other customers were well catered after as well. The vibe is very cool, you get to comb through a great selection of records to play. The staff was such a great mix of fun and professional. This is a perfect place to go out and enjoy time with friends because you can still talk and hear each other even though there’s music playing, so you don’t have to yell. The food is FLAVORFUL! Delicious! Thank you all!!

I was a little disappointed when I saw Red Apron Butcher closed. I’m very glad that B Side next door is still open.
And they have the Smashburger too! Outstanding! Good, hearty burger. And the Fries are also very good. They’re cooked in Beef Tallow for that old-fashioned taste. And the seasoning of garlic and rosemary is good.

Went there on a Sunday with a party of 6. Food was fantastic. However, they forgot my wife’s meal and had to go back and cook it. Then they forgot a dessert. And don’t go here if you want to talk with your family. They want you to listen to the music. What? I said, “YOU CAN’T HEAR THE CONVERSATION OVER THE MUSIC!!!”

An advocate for local fresh meat, a casual watering hole for local residents that are in the know, local limited butcher counter, and a very respectable bar with a unparalleled adult beverage menu designed for a huge customer capacity the B side current space is too small for.
For all its uniqueness, the meat, salad, and food entree selection can be rather expensive compared to restaurants outside the walking-distance neighborhood. The pork chops and burger were underwhelming. The cocktail and beer selection is a delight especially given the competition in the area. The dessert menu has room for improvement. The beef fat and regular fries are the most memorable food selections I would return for.
So the ratings is 4-stars but the price is really driving my decision to drop a star since the cost is just really high for my taste and what I can find for the same similar food entrees.

We visited this place a while back and enjoyed the food. The burger was particularly juicy and tasty. The cocktails were also delicious, and overall, we left feeling satisfied. We plan on returning soon to try the burger again.
