I love this ice cream shop! All time favorite place. Flavor of the month is always fun, scoops are big, toppings are always plentiful. Picnic tables on the sides of the building offer lots of seating but are pretty close to the main road.

I didn’t love my experience at the dairy bar for a couple of reasons. There was no sign saying they are cash only, so I didn’t find that out until after we had finished ordering and they already made one of the ice creams. I asked if I could have two different flavors of soft serve together, just on top of each other, and I couldn’t do that without buying two separate cones. 3 baby ice creams and one small Sunday cost more than $25 – absolutely wild.

One of my top 3 favorite places to grab some ice cream locally! They have a great staff, good prices and delicious ice cream. The menu is big with lots of flavors and options… They even have “pup cups” for your furry friend! Ruger loves it here and we are frequent flyers in the summertime!

Beware, if you order a sundae, it is packed over and above the sides of the cup. Hard to eat without spilling my crunch coat. Good amount of topping ratio to ice cream. Melting and too hot to take a pic!

It was our first time to be there. I like to check out different places, and this place was AMAZING. We where there with other friends and we all had different kinds of ice cream. In 2021 I started new habits if Im out I have to try something new, so I said to the girl who was working there: can you give me your favorite ice cream? She was surprised
However she did get us the most delicious one! I never have pumpkin flavor in an icecream. My son said he wanted yellow ice cream! So she had an idea to get him Pineapple. It was also very tasty
This location have outdoor sitting area with umbrellas.
I learned they only take cash! So make sure you are prepared.

Revised 5/22/2022: we usually get soft serve here and the consistency is firm as soft serve should be. I like pastachio and have been getting it most times now. I get hard serve and it’s softer everytime I get it now. Today it was softer than my wife’s soft serve and that’s just after they scooped it. And no it wasn’t overly hot out and this ice cream was going all over making a soupy mess! They must be keeping the freezer warm so it easy to scoop, or they don’t keep the building cold enough, this is an ice cream shop! Hard serve should be hard and not more soupy than the soft serve. I’m done with hard serve here. Be aware if you get hard serve!
This place is excellent and we go here often from opening day in the spring right up to last day in the fall. Don’t be fooled by their small cones, they are not really small they are actually pretty large even for an adult. I have never gotten a med or large cone or dish of ice cream here. Small is really an ample amount here. I recommend this place and they have a huge menu of frozen yogurt, soft serve and an old fashioned hard ice cream in a ton of flavors. At the present time you order online at their website bandrdairybar.com. I drive to the parking lot there and go to their website and order. I wait in the car and they send an email when your order is ready, then just go to the window with the order number and claim your order. The girls here are actually great! You won’t be disappointed with the B & R Dairy Bar!
At present masks are still worn and lines to the windows are social distancing. There is a new outside counter near the windows that more keep the distance to workers when ordering or picking up. When ordering use the window on the left and pickup is at the window on the right. Both windows usually have a line to order or at pickup window.
