This is the best bbq I’ve had. I’m from the south (southeast, NC) and we know bbq. And I’ve been searching for even decent bbq since moving here a few years ago, and hadn’t found any until B-mans! And let me tell ya, this is the holy Grail of bbq.
The brisket is top notch, the pulled pork top notch, sausage top notch! Everything top notch. Service was beyond top notch!
We ate at the restaurant in Sedalia after trying it at the Ecclesia location and found both to be the best we’ve had.
We ordered a little bit of everything, and nothing lacked. The mains, the sides, the desserts (oh the desserts!!!!)
My kids loved it too. They had the ribs, the sliders, and chicken sandwich.
The meats were all juicy and moist. Wonderful.
I could go on and on about how great this food is but it’s making me want more just thinking about it.

Stopped by a quick lunch and WOW this place is a hidden gem! Ordered the lunch special and was blown away by the flavor in each bite. The service was amazing. If you are in town check this place out. Delicious already planning my next visit.

So here I am, doing you a huge favor: Go. Immediately. It’s only open Thursday through Saturday, which makes it feel even more like a secret worth protecting — but trust me, it’s absolutely worth working into your week.
The brisket? Unreal. Pork? Melt-in-your-mouth. Sausage? Bold and smoky. And if you like tacos, nachos, or burnt ends — prepare to have your BBQ world rocked. Portions are generous, flavor is next-level, and pricing is surprisingly reasonable for food this good. You need to call a DAY in advance if you want just burnt ends because they use them all to make their baked beans. Oh and their hot BBQ sauce is… well… I can’t find the words. If you enjoy spicy… do it.
Oh — and here’s the kicker: Happy Hour every day they’re open, from 4 to 6pm. And you ain’t gonna believe this… you can get $2 beers during HH! That alone deserves an extra star.
The staff feel like family — and not in that fake “corporate friendly” way. They’re warm, kind, and seem to genuinely love serving people. It’s the kind of vibe that makes you want to hang out long after you’ve cleaned your plate (and believe me, you will clean your plate).
A new location is opening in Castle Rock this June! They’ll be open every day except Tuesday and Wednesday, making it even easier to get your fix.
I recommend a lot of places, but B-MANS BBQ is easily top-tier. Honestly, if you’re anywhere in the state of Colorado, you owe it to yourself to make the trip. You’ll be talking about it long after your last bite. Bro…!

I don’t know exactly how this place has 4.8 star review. It’s like all the people that have reviewed have never had good bbq before.
This may be a pit bbq place, but yall should figure out how to use it the correct way.
Pulled pork sandwhiches, bland. No flavor.
Bacon Mac n cheese was like eating a pile of mush.
French fries were a 4/5. The only reason why I didn’t put 1 star.
Last seating at 6:15 btw. Drove 45 minutes to be absolutely dissapointed.

Stopped by B-Man’s tonight after a karate tournament in Castle Rock and we did not want to leave!!! Never mind the deLICIOUS food—the brisket, pulled pork, rolls, Mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, smoked sausage, and wings (yes we tried it all )—which was top notch, the service was unmatched!!! Friendliest servers and even got to meet the chef herself!! Amazing family run restaurant with everything made from scratch!! We definitely felt the love that goes into the food and environment we’re speeding back to the Springs now to try the carrot cake we got to go, we can’t wait to see you guys next time!

Delicious BBQ and a charming local eatery. Everything was so tasty and I look forward to having it again! Everyone was really nice too. The meat was tender, the sides were amazing and even the dessert was on point. One of my first jobs when I was a teenager was at a fancy pit barbecue so I feel like my expectations have always been high after working there and a few places can meet those expectations, but B-man’s did. It was such a surprise that everything was so good as well. I feel like a lot of barbecue places specialize in the barbecue and the meat and everything else is just an afterthought. Not so at B-man’s. Everything was made with love and care. I can see why it seems to be a popular local haunt as well. Everyone seemed to know everyone. I love places with that friendly local vibe. Highly recommended to anyone who likes barbecue. Oh and PS my husband said the fried pickles were a 9 out of 10. That is not my cup of tea but he was really impressed with them so it was worth noting.

This is what a rural/country bbq joint should be. The food is great. Staff is supper nice. The vibe is divey and clean. The sauces aren’t sweet which works for me. They do run out of smoked meats and are only open late in the week. Recommend.
