I called in my order to the b&m today and placed an order for 2 sandwiches and ended up grabbing 2 ice teas and 2 foxon parks for me and my father. because we were grabbing lunch in the middle of the work day. alright, so listen i ordered a ham sub my father got a pastrami sub I go in their with 30 dollars grab the drinks the total came out too $52 and change and that’s no problem if the food is quality you know. So I ended up going back outside grabbed 52 dollars gave it to the dude and he said your good on the change. But I gave him the quarter in my back pocket and even let him keep the rest you know no big deal until it was. My ham sub was supposed to have ham, provolone, pickles, banana peppers, lettuce, onion, mustard, salt and pepper right I open it up it had a total of 4 pickles a little bit of lettuce a damn half pound of low quality ham and I couldn’t even taste the provolone cause the mayo I didn’t ask for was smeered all over the top of it. I mean I can understand mistakes but they missed 6 out of the 8 toppings I asked for my dads sandwich was the same mess an I asked for the toppings very clearly even reiterated it on the phone this guy wrote them down over the phone TOO their was no miscommunication BUT SOME HOW THEY miscommunicated the 6 out of the 8 toppings I wanted on my sandwich and they are putting stuff I don’t wanna eat on my sandwich too I mean I didn’t even get the salt n pepper all it takes is a few shakes I mean the photo speaks for itself these people don’t know the chemistry of a sandwich and this place will be going out of business if they don’t tighten it up B&M ISN’T WHAT IT USED TO BE these new owners better figure it out!!!!!!!

Coolers are broken so all the drinks are warm. With the amount of money they overcharge for their food, you’d think everything would be running correctly. I got a bacon, sausage, egg and cheese sub and for some reason, that costs more than a steak and cheese sub. Weird. It was almost $24 for the sub and a bottle of water. That’s the negative, the prices. Everything else is fantastic. I feel like they put a whole package of bacon and Italian sausage on my sub. It was crazy and delicious. If you have someone to split it with, then I think it’s worth it but if you’re on your own, just get a hard roll.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this deli for years, always raving about their steak and cheese—hands down the best around. However, after my recent visit under the new ownership, I’m deeply disappointed. The quality has taken a major hit while the prices stayed the same. The steak and cheese I ordered today had half the amount of steak it used to, and they used a different, lesser-quality steak. The bread was different too—smaller and not nearly as good. They shouldn’t be charging $20 for a sandwich that’s half the quality of the old B and M. I have no problem paying for a quality sandwich, but this is nowhere near what it used to be. If you’re hoping for the great steak sandwich you used to get years ago, you won’t find it here. Sadly, this is my last visit unless this place turns it around.

I’m not a regular patron of the old B&M deli but I can say I have tasted the old VS new and coming from another town, I am proud to say that the shoes have been filled! The quality and dedication that the new owners bring surpasses any deli nearby.( I can only speak within my parameters) we can all talk about quality meats which many places lack. Even your local markets! but If you’re hungry and want a savory sandwich/burger then this is your place! My fav’s are the Bacon Egg&Cheese And STK & cheese on a hard roll

I’ve been going to this place for over 20 years. The new owner was asked if it’s the same quality of steak and cheese, he said yes, guess what he threw on the grill frozen stakem. He’s mistaken. This is a missed opportunity. He should try to find the old employees. To bring back the real B&M sandwiches, I think he could benefit from that, I had a sandwich last week and it was terrible, B&M deli, that’s big shoes to fill.

Update I just couldn’t do it I couldn’t finish it it had to go to the dog please turn this place around we need the old B&M BACK. This place turned into a low quality New York City bodega and it is very disappointing not recommended they claim to be a deli but at the minimum don’t even serve boars head deli quality products

Went there this past weekend. The employees are very nice and friendly. I brought pastrami sandwich and a cheese burger. they both were made to perfection. Would definitely recommend this place.
