From the outside this place definitely looked Rundown. I always like to try Mom and Pop places due to the Home Cooking and family feel. I think I was treated like an outsider. My waitress was not very friendly with me however she was friendly with the locals that she knew. I ordered hamburger steak with mashed potatoes. The food tasted strange and the mashed potatoes had a chemical like taste. I’m sure other items here are delicious but I know the hamburger steak was not. I should have ordered something else. I do not recommend this place to non-locals. It is a good little ways off I-10 so I am assuming all the good ratings are coming from Friends and locals.

Wow! You talk about some good, mouth watering food!! All burgers are home made. They have such awesome employees ready to meet your every need. They are prompt to answer questions without being annoyed like some other restaurants. I just stopped by today for the first time. I was very impressed. Can’t wait to taste everything else on the menu

This is one of my favorite little hole in the walls to eat. The owners are absolutely friendly you could tell that they love the Lord with all their heart! The Waitresses are awesome everyone is so friendly there. When you go you usually see somebody that you know and get to sit down and visit with people and eat. Everything that I have ever ordered has been over and Beyond delicious! They have daily specials, and I love the shrimp po-boy stuff to the max! If you wanted some good home cooked food and some good service and friendly atmosphere you would definitely want to visit B jacks!

A quaint country restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely plan to revisit to try dishes on the menu. Staff informed me of all you can eat catfish a few nights out the week.

Their breakfast is always amazing but their burgers are to die for. It’s always a tough decision between the burgers or the delicious lunch plates. And don’t forget about the best fried fish in the Florida Parish Area!

Small out of the way restaurant with good home cooking. Fried fish special is literally all you can eat of real catfish. It is worth the drive.
