Super nice and helpful staff! They have a good gluten free selection. I tried the farmhouse burger, and my girlfriend got the spicy avocado & lime harvest bowl. The food was delicious! We will definitely come back!

Had the spicy avocado and lime bowl. It had all the right ingredients to be tasty but it lacked flavor. There was nothing spicy about it and seemed that no salt was used. The prices are a bit high but it was nice to have healthy options. It’s a perfect atmosphere to bring children and the self serve ordering system expedites the process.

Was looking forward to trying this place, but I’m unlikely to go back. Ordered sweet potato fries and they were very burned and soggy. They very kindly made me fresh fries but they were still a little burned, soggy, and tasted like cleaning products. I think they may have sprayed something near where they prepared the fries. I have made better sweet potatoes fries at home in the oven so I was disappointed considering the cost of food there. I also had the farmhouse burger and it was okay, not great. The avocado BLT was again, okay. For the price of the food I would expect a lot more.

First time ordering from here and was disappointed. I got a mushroom Swiss burger that I ordered rare as they could make it and I received an impressive ice cold hockey puck. Asked to substitute the bbq for blue cheese, what I got was a pile of bbq all over my burger. Fries soggy and cold as well and under cooked. I hear the food is good here but not what I received, so maybe just avoid the beef burgers.

The environment was good. I had a “built my own burger” and it was so amazing. After eating, all I could think about was having another one. I am definitely coming back. It’s a little expensive though, but I guess roots food is not cheap. Well, overall great.

It was my first time here. The 2 young ladies working there were VERY nice and eager to please. Buffalo chicken sandwich was soso. The chicken tasted just like Applegate Farms brand Tenders that had been put in the microwave. A bit rubbery. Might try this place again if I am in the area.

Been ordering delivery here for years. At first it was very good, each time quality continuously declines. Seems like the food is definitely heading in the wrong direction. Wont be ordering from here anymore, such a shame.

Only a few items that we can eat with our diet, usually they come out very good though. It does seem to take awhile for food to be ready. I personally think the fries could use a bit more salt. Chicken is really yummy.

I don’t know where to start, caramelized onions(raw), the meat is frozen, 1/4 inches, I took a picture for reference, $11 for a burger with no fries (not even in Cheesecake Factory).
