I so badly wanted to love this. The SF locations are so good and the staff was nice. But our fries weren’t cooked very well, our burgers were small and soggy and our ice cream had barely any toppings for what we paid vs. what we got I was super disappointed.

I’m definitely all for supporting locally owned small businesses and kind of feel bad even posting this, but I feel robbed. I just paid 10 dollars for two Dixie cups of watered down slushy with a micro dollop of ice cream. I could get triple what I just paid for at the get n go a block away. And probably will still go to get n go and get a real slush float. I couldn’t even finish my drink. If locally owned want support don’t rip people off. Didn’t even out a lid on it and had to ask for a straw . I mean customer service was good but re evaluate your quality and what you get for quantity. … yikes

Super impressed tonight. Came just 8 minutes before close and got friendly and kind voice in the drive thru and seconds later a delicious dipped cone. The guys working weds 6.11.25 at 920pm deserve a shout out!

I had really high hopes for this place, but after eating there for the first time today, I was left disappointed. The cheeseburger was rather small for the price and it didn’t really have much flavor. I have definitely had better. For the price I’d rather go down the street and get a gas station pizza.

A refund is not necessary. I ate the food, so I feel that would just be wrong of me. I was just leaving my honest review. Maybe it was just the way the food was prepared, who knows. However, I thank you for your generosity!! For that I will raise my rating for good customer service.

Just stopped in for a jumbo chili dog and 2 ice cream blenders. Very disappointed . I threw the bread away! And the ice cream has pretty much no candy in it and zero flavor. We paid big bucks for vanilla ice cream pretty much.

Stopped here randomly after a visit to the HS. Glad I did! Had a foot long and an ENORMOUS shake. Did not think it would be so big, took me 90 miles to get through through it! Eat your heart out, DQ
