We saw this restaurant on the “true South” tv show and every thing they said was true. We had the regular size combo. The meat was moist and very tasty.
We live in Florida but will definitely return.

Zack and his team were amazing. They catered/served my daughter’s wedding reception and I can’t say enough of how professional and friendly the staff was to our guest! The food was wonderful and served to perfection!
I did not have to worry with planning or serving they did it all!!

Great bbq at an outstanding value with fast service. That first sentence truly summarizes our experience. This is definitely an old school bbq place with a ton of West TN charm!

Simple yet exquisite! I needed to kill some time, so I pulled in, and I’m glad I did! I had the bbq sandwich combo, $9.30 after tax. Their idea of a “medium “ sweet tea is bigger than most larges. The pork was perfectly cooked and tender. You have a choice of slaw, vinegar or mayonnaise; and a choice of sauce. The medium sauce has a kick. You order from the counter, and wait a few minutes, and then it’s ready. The dining area is large and comfortable. This is a popular place on Friday evening.

BE Scott’s loves and respects bbq. I got ribs, a pork sandwich, potato salad, beans, and pork rinds. All excellent. If you are in the greater Jackson area, make sure to go out of your way and pay them a visit.

I only had the large pulled pork sandwich with hot sauce and vinegar slaw on a Thursday at lunch. This was my first time there. The sandwich was full and had a good flavor. It was $4.50. Employees were very nice and seemed to know most of the customers that were coming in for lunch including what they usually order which is a nice touch. The place has plenty of seating [see pics]. Only downside was the bathrooms were outside. They were clean but very, very basic. I would recommend at least a topping by one time and trying it out for yourself!

Good barbecue, excellent slaw (mayonnaise based) – you have the option for vinegar slaw. You’ll likely get a friendly “what for you, honey?”.

If you are looking for great BBQ and fair pricing, this works perfectly. They have a couple different sauce options, I would recommend going naked and try the different sauces. The BBQ nachos were a hit too.

The pulled pork is amazing. I’ve had nothing like it before. So good that we had two large pulled pork sandwiches each, baked beans, potato salad and sweet tea. Friendly staff and clean environment. Worth every bit of the long drive. I won’t forget this place and will likely go back again soon.

Counter-order spot with one of the best pork sandwiches in all of West Tennessee. Lightly smoked and incredibly soft and tender, you won’t find any char in their pulled pork—presumably a result of their smoking process and use of whole hogs. Piled high with choice of mayonnaise or vinegar slaw and hot or mild sauce, the sandwiches are a great value by themselves or in a combo with mustardy potato salad. Now serving tea in addition to canned cokes.
