Yum. Perfect dining experience beginning to end. Tasty, fresh, interesting combos and flavors. I’m a pescatarian and there were plenty of options for me. My husband and daughter loved their steaks. Picking a knife was a great touch! And the beignets—worth every calorie!! Highly recommend

Ro and Jason started my evening off with excellent wine and a complete knowledge of the menu… helped me with oysters to start… mignonette sauce was fabulous, a nice filet mignon , Brussels and potato completed my evening…( the cheesecake was for my friend at the hotel who recommended this fine establishment… Thanks to the management and staff for a wonderful and unique evening

Great for a date night. Excellent service. Had the special soft shell crab appetizer and bone in filet. Our steaks had a good crust on the outside but unfortunately led to being overcooked on the edges. Centers were the requested temps (rare and medium rare). Overall enjoyed the atmosphere and will be back.

This place was great! My wife and I went to celebrate getting out marriage certificate. Service was fast and we got the steak for 2 option which came with about 16oz of steak, 2 sides and we added an extra side. We had enough food for leftovers and our waitress Sam was great with all recommendations. We will be coming back.

Reserved a table online and asked for quiet seating as it was an anniversary dinner. We were seated by a lovely women in a remote and quiet corner. The food was absolutely amazing. Our server was attentive and sincere, not at all obtrusive, but appearing at just the right time to clear and refill drinks. My drink order was adjusted to accommodate a restriction, by the servers recommendation. Overall it was just a really nice dinner experience and we will definitely return.

Always an ultimate dining or drinking experience. We usually chat at the bar with Jason and watch him work the rush of drink orders while enjoying appetizers or a small
Meal. Although when my husband surprised me for our anniversary dinner here I was blown away. From the starter olives to the beignets dinner was exquisite. Top notch service very delicious wine choices and the best chefs in town. I absolutely recommend.

A charming location, intimate feel, thoughtful service, and excellent food. It’s been a long time since I felt so well cared for at a restaurant. Truly a fine dining experience.

We loved the tuna and the beef carpaccio appetizers. I am not a fish person, but that tuna was delicious. My husband ordered the surf and turf and I the filet for our mains. Both exceptional. The duck fat potatoes were a favorite. I think the most innovative dish was the cream brulee corn! It is not to be missed. And the chocolate torte was a truffle that melts in your mouth. Divine.

You also get to choose your steak knife, which is a fun little addition! Thank you for hosting us and our little girl, who also enjoyed every bite 🙂

Where do I start? I booked a room at the Hyatt downtown and searched for a good restaurant in the vicinity. However, the restaurant was not a good one. It was not a great one. It was best described as divine. Let me say, I am a proud patron of fine dining. I don’t consider myself pretentious, but I can recognize and appreciate elevated cuisine when I see it. Especially since the pandemic, because expectations have been lowered so much for obvious reasons. I arrived at B. Christopher’s at my 7pm reservation and was immediately seated at a lovely table facing the street through a large panoramic glass window. I started with a delicious oyster Rockefeller. My wife ordered a bowl of an herbaceous French onion soup paired with an iceberg salad wedge that was very simple and elegantly presented. I ordered a main course of filet of beef served Oscar style with a velvety bernaise sauce. As a side, I had a delectable corn brûlée and roasted asparagus spears. The bread served with this dish was airy, light, but with a dense and crispy crust. Delicious! I hadn’t planned on dessert, however, the main courses, and appetizers had exceeded expectations, so I felt compelled to proceed. I chose the fried beneigts with raspberry coulis. It was an exquisite choice. Warm, flaky, with the added acidic jolt from the coulis….truly a joyous culinary experience. I don’t remember the last time I was so impressed with technique, presentation, service, and ambience. I recommend this restaurant with all confidence. It was truly a fine dining delight. Cheers❤️

We had a great experience at B Christopher’s! We had a large party of 8 and sat in a separate room. The food was all incredible. The oysters were fresh and the steaks were cooked perfectly! All of the desserts were incredible! The one and only issue is that we ordered cheesecake and coffee that never came but we weren’t charged for them so it wasn’t a big issue. We will be back for sure!!

Dined here within the last few days. Server was nice but inexperienced and not properly trained for this restaurant. Calamari and bacon wrapped appetizers were very good. In house baked bread was excellent but served with what tasted like margarine. Dressing on the wedge salads was marginal. Steaks were were good but not very flavorful. Sides were good. Desert were not offered. Prices were moderate. Hostess was welcoming. Overall quality was dropped from my past visits.
