When in Stafford you would be remiss if a visit is not made to this gem. Well done ladies. Flavorful and well seasoned on the chilaquiles divorciados with birria on top. Only cons are the coffee is too strong and little baby napkins.
Highly recommended.

This is real deal authentic Mexican breakfast food. Great environment, good service, but even if that wasn’t the case, I’d STILL come back for another plate of their Birria Chilaquiles . Each bite took me home to grandma’s breakfast table as a kid. Fully recommended and no doubt a place that will be in my top 5 as of today. Enjoy!

So, they took over In D Kitchen and boy they did NOT disappoint. The owners and staff are extremely nice and the food… Absolutely delicious! I did not take pictures only because I ate everything! Breakfast tacos was great as well as the birria tacos. (Yes… again I ate everything! Judge me if you want ). I also tried concha (Mexican sweet bread) and it was sooo good!! The also have wide selection of drinks, but the Cucumber lemonade was on point! Cool and refreshing. I was introduced to food and culture experience. Keep it up BAM… We go together now..

This birria chilaquiles breakfast plate brought me back from the dead. Just came off night shift and felt like I was barely hanging on, ate this, and felt like living was worthwhile. An explosion of flavor. Truly God Bless the cook. It was like a warm embrace.

I’m such a huge fan of TJ Birria as is, I didn’t realize they had this spot! I’m so glad I got to try it out. This was the old stomping grounds where TJ Birria all started if not mistaken. Great to see how they kept this location and added a twist to it. Cute and small in there. Enough seating also. Menu is on the walls plus on paper at the cash register. I ordered their chilaquiles with cecina, the Centro Americano dish, and lastly their concha french toast. My drinks were a agua fresca de limón con pepino preparado and caramel iced coffee. The chilaquiles came as half salsa roja and salsa verde. Both were great but the green was on the spicier side which I enjoyed a lot. The meat great nothing crazy and seasoned with a lot of spices. The Centro Americano reminded of home. So basic yet tasty! For their french toast concha it was a hit. I was surprised that it was cut up and cooked I’m assuming on the flat top with the egg wash. I had no complaints about any of the dishes. Service was great and quick, can’t wait to come back!

Very cute atmosphere with a flower wall, too. The food was really good. I got the classic breakfast. I had over-easy eggs but they weren’t AS over-easy as I wanted.

Great food, with good prices considering the current economy. Friendly service. Friendly staff. Authentic food. The potatoes on our breakfast plate could have been more crispy side instead of the soft side. No refills on drinks. Menudo is only served on the weekends.

First time here, the lady at the register was super nice, she mentioned to us the most popular plates they have. The mango agua fresca was delicious. The concha dessert was very delicious as well.
