Food is fresh, delicious with generous portions. I love they serve the rice bowls in metal pan directly instead of plastic or paper containers as it helps in reducing single use waste. Also the staff are friendly and courteous which is good.

Good TexMex eatery with a nice selection of burritos, quesadillas, bowls, and even burgers. The burgers are surprisingly good and one of my favorite things to get but outside of that I prefer to get a rice bowl. They offer a nice assortment of proteins and toppings for whatever dish you get as well as chips and salsa too. Good for a lite lunch or dinner and would return again.

My 8 year old nephew wanted to go to B A Burrito and I was a little skeptical at first. I’m new to the Jonesboro area and had never heard of it. So we stopped by, skepticismis my cup of tea.
My first impression is always customer service, anywhere I go. It really sets the tone for the experience. Unfortunately, I was not impressed at all with how we were approached and treated today.
However, I hated so much to really love the food. But never the less, I was impressed by the food and this is what saved their rating for me. Oh, and the manager treated me a little better near the end when I put in a to go order for my wife.
Still need to work on customer service and their initial set up, especially for new customers. But the food was great!

I ordered a bowl with beef and the food was fresh. I like that I can order those right away. It does take awhile if you order a burger, sandwich or burrito but the wait is worth it.

We absolutely love the food here!! It’s nice that you can customize your meal! They load you up with food too, so it’s worth the price! The only complaint is that their dining room floor is always sticky when we visit.

She was very rude gave her my card she laid it down on the counter , she went and took the trash out did not wash her hands immediately started handling my food and then i ask for chips she dug in there and got chips with no gloves and threw everything on the counter will not go back Aggie re is where I’ll continue to go !

Ordered ahead and was given a 15 minute time frame to come get the food. Got there right when I was supposed to and still waited about 15 minutes for my food. Watched as about 4 sets of customers got thier food ordered and received before I did so that was a little pointless to order ahead expecting that to make it quicker. Got a burrito bowl to go. Expected it to be in a bowl but was just in a cardboard box. Sorry but I dont wanna eat out of a soggy cardboard box. Had to take it home and put it in a real bowl. 4/5 all around just a disappointment from what I’ve heard it should be.

Never had a complaint until now. Guy in back of the guy with the hat on makes my burger literally give my order away to someone else . When he knew I been here over an hour waiting then coworker had to let him know that he needs to hurry up with my order. Still didn’t get it. I requested money back got it. Dude should been fired he didn’t care at all what he did to me.

Friendly staff, food prep area is very visible. Wait time for cooking can seem longer than expected if your not familiar with the menu and order somethings at the end (order any burgers first, then quesadilla) like the burritos that take less time to prepare.

I just got my door dash order. For $6 and some change the “chips and dips” leaves a lot to be desired. The burrito is great! But I am very disappointed that I paid over six dollars for a tiny baggie of chips and a tiny queso. How is this dips and how do you guys justify over six dollars for this?
