We had a wonderful lunch at Azure at EDITION. The atmosphere is beautiful, elegant, and very relaxing. The restaurant has a stylish and comfortable design that makes it a perfect place to enjoy a calm meal.
The food was excellent. We ordered a fresh Greek-style salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta — everything tasted incredibly fresh and well balanced. The grilled fish was perfectly cooked with crispy skin and served with a light salad and lemon. Simple, clean flavors done very well.
The hummus with warm bread was also fantastic — creamy, smooth, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients.

Located on the 9th floor of the Edition Hotel. Beautifully designed & decorated. Options to eat inside or outside. Excellent service and attention to detail. Hostess and servers welcomed us by our names (nice touch). Very clean environment and timely service. The Pikilia appetizer offers a wide variety of unique flavors and is suitable for a small dinner. The Saganaki Shrimp is the best prepared shrimp we’ve ever had. The amount of seasoning is perfect with a fresh presentation. We recommend asking for a table near the windows for a grand view of city and bay. Enjoy!

The service is top notch, the staff is friendly, and the food was good. We had dinner one night, and I think the food was too expensive for what we got, and the portions were too small. We didn’t expect the hummus appetizer to only come with four pita chips.
The burger was delicious, and we thought the appetizers were cooked really well.
We also had lunch at the pool, and that was great! Not too expensive, the portion was huge, and we would definitely do that again.

Food was amazing by itself and if I just had the food it would’ve been 5 stars. The staff and the service is what makes me want to give 6 stars. We were very pleased with the service.
For food we got the Greek Salad, Charred Octopus, Greek Fries, and whipped feta with sourdough pita.

So overrated… such a shame. So much potential yet they are serving average food at inflated prices. I don’t mind paying for a good meal, even paying a little extra for a nice seat near the pool at a popular hotel in a happening part of a beautiful city… but at least serve some good food! What a let down…

Menu didn’t change for the last 3 years that we were coming here. Food is good, but nothing special. Tables are pretty low compared to chairs and it gets uncomfortable to sit after sometime.

We were recieved by a welcoming hostess at the entrance,I had a beautiful experience at azure the food looked so artistic and tasted devine,had a virgin mojito,octopus, whipped feta and hands down the best i have had in tampa,we sat at the terrace its private and you enjoy a beautiful view of the channel with soft music and a broad street view.our server was very attentive great service,I am going to revisit,Azure is not a one time place in my opinion.

Last night I came here to the EDITION with friends and family to celebrate my birthday at the Azure. And, I’m very impressed by the atmosphere and the phenomenal service. So if you wanna find it then the Azure is located on the 9th floor of the EDITION.
So I’m giving a 5 out of 5 star food rating bc the fruits my party and I ordered were fresh. I really appreciate that!
As for service I’d give a 10 star rating if I could bc despite not having a particular item on the menu anymore, the staff that night were able to accommodate us to the best of their abilities. Kudos to the manager and everyone on the floor. It was very nice they went out of their way to customize an order we wanted. I appreciated the fact that they remained professional and friendly despite my sister’s tone bc she was upset about it bc that’s all she talked about before arriving here and it was what we planned to order. Kudos to the manager for de-escalating the situation with my sister bc I’ve seen a lot lol but let’s not digress.
And last but not least I gave this place a 5 star out of 5 for atmosphere bc it is indeed very upscale and luxurious. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and along with poolside seating as well. Outside there is a very beautiful balcony area with a pool and an outside bar with live a DJ which was conducive to the atmosphere for sure. Also, attached are 2 pictures we took by the balcony so you guys can have an idea of what it looks like in the evening, and then I took a selfie in the bathroom. Mind you, I very seldom do this, but I wanted to point out how clean their sinks are. I appreciate the upkeep in the restrooms a lot bc there are other places that let the trash overflow and this place doesn’t let that happen. Thank you!
Overall, 5 out of 5 stars! Thumbs up to all the staff on deck last night Tysm for the positive vibes especially since it was my birthday last night ☺️
