The fried food was a little too greasy (had to ask for extra napkins) but the octopus was good. Got charged for a wine that had to be sent back since it tasted like cork rot, but did give a free dessert for my birthday, so we just took the loss. A little expensive for the portions but a fun and different ambience. Not a lot of outdoor seating since the pool for the guest is right there, but great for smaller parties. It is a cool spot and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Parking is valet only, but not crazy expensive and nice not to worry about finding parking downtown.

Although I didn’t have the chance to sample much of the food menu, I had a great time at Azure. My primary reason for visiting was to enjoy the bar and have a bottle of wine, and the bartender was friendly and engaging to chat with. Regrettably, I forgot his name. I did have an appetizer of hummus, and it was delicious. The rooftop area was opened to everyone later, and I found the views of the water, live music, and beautiful greenery quite enjoyable. This is an excellent spot for drinks, fantastic views, and a lovely ambiance. The only downside, my glassware was dirty and had to be replaced twice which is noticeable when drinking wine (the one in the picture is mine, not the dirty one). Also, the chairs at the bar are already dirty for this to be a new place. Either way, I intend to return and try out their food menu soon.

The food was great. My steak was cooked to perfection. The service was great. They didn’t have my favorite wine Moscato. But the waitress made a suggestion for another wine and it was perfect.

Anniversary dinner at Azure – yes please! Definitely enjoyed the night with a few drinks and dinner here. I’d definitely come back for a luxurious night out! The atmosphere of the hotel and ambiance of the restaurant were rich.

Four stars for the food and ambiance. The place is beautiful, service was good, and the drinks okay. Definitely recommend ordering the tuna tartare, hummus and the grilled branzino sandwich. The views from space are incredible and the pool area is beautiful! It’s a great place to bring out of town visitors or to just spend the day eating and drinking at this gorgeous hotel!

Had a bottle of champagne on a Friday afternoon. Very relaxing atmosphere and a great location on an upper floor of the hotel. Food was good and our bartender, Ryan, was very attentive and informative. Will definitely return.

Love the food here! Such a fresh, Mediterranean-forward take. Definitely try the Pikilia, the oysters, and and the shrimp saganaki! For a special occasion, rent one of their bay terraces that overlooks Tampa’s budding skyline.

Had dinner with a party of 5. Erin was our server and was extremely nice! Atmosphere was high end but didn’t feel too fancy. Food was great and definitely could have ordered less as most were shared plates. Fried chicken was a large portion size. Would recommend the server proving a bit more guidance. Drink selection and cocktails were really good. They included a 20% service charge and missed this (they did not mention) – heads up.

Fabulous place for lunch! Bethany my server and Devon the hostess were on their A games, with recommendations and level of service. The views are stunning and atmosphere so relaxing. I got the cucumber highball mocktail that is perfect for a refreshing drink in the Florida sun. For food I got the Greek grilled cheese, it has red peppers and fries. The pairing with the drink was perfect. Bethany and Devon advised me of the live music Friday and a DJ on Saturday nights which I will most definitely attend soon. Can’t wait to try the Editions other offerings!
