These were the best pupusas I’ve ever had! They were hot. Cheesy. Beany (that’s not a word but you get it). The flavor was fire! The plate of food was delicious. The shrimp was amazing. The nachos. Omg the nachos! 5 star. Highly recommend!

I don’t live in CF, but I drive through all the time and always pass Azucena’s. I’ve always wondered why it’s empty, so I finally tried it. Honestly, the food was good, but nothing super memorable. We had a few issues: our waiter didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult, and a Mexican restaurant with no dessert is a bit odd! Plus, it’s a competitive area, and the restaurant is on the pricier side. We did appreciate the music, not being too loud unlike other Mexican restaurants. So in my conclusion, a decent restaurant, but they may want to be a little more competitive.

My husband got food poisoning from this restaurant. The chicken was tasted gamey, old, and uncooked. He got sick after eating what we ordered. Door dash would not refund me after alerting them and would not let me give this restaurant a one star review.

Felt like back at home eating here, food is authentically made. I’m not from Central America myself but have many friends that do and I love their food. Sadly we don’t live on the same States anymore so it been a long time i didn’t eat anything central American and this food was just on point. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR MORE. MY ALL TIME FAV HERE WAS THE PUPUSAS, JUST DELISH.
