Azucar! A sweet spot in Palm Springs. The chilaquiles had the perfect crunch and savory bite. The brioche cinnamon French toast was drizzled with the lightest whipped cream, delicious and berries for every bite. A beautiful quiet spot to enjoy the view and perfect weather!

If you’re reading this, do not go or go with caution. I recognize PS is not a culinary experience town but there has to be a standard. First of service was nice, the person helping our table was kind. It was a slow night so he was also the bar tender. The drinks were awful classic old fashioned made terrible and their highly sought out after Margaritas taste terrible at least the blood orange one did. The meal was sub par what really upset me is the medium rare steak Caesar salad was on the medium well end of the spectrum looked pretty but so chewy. Maybe just not a good night for them but I would not be going back.

My wife and I are obsessed with Azúcar!!! This is our spot for fun, romantic dates and where we bring guests from outside the desert! The poolside area is epic to get the mid-century modern feel and the rooftop at sunset is perfection! The main reason we go there is for José, pronounced Joe-Zay, the Brazilian way! He’s the best and has an uplifting, make-the-world-a-better-place type of a person! We’ve shared life events there, and shared our lives too! I don’t write reviews often but only for BEST PLACES WITH THE BEST VIBES!!! I’m actually headed there tonight with some house guests from the east coast!!!

It was a wonderful evening with amazing dishes! We loved it. The staff, thanks also to Linda as well!, was wonderful and made the evening special and a huge compliment to the chef Wes who made all the dishes we had just very delicious!

My husband and I visited Azúcar to celebrate our anniversary. We had a great time dressing up and having a fancy dinner here. Our server, Rodney, was the sweetest and made us feel welcomed and had amazing recommendations. He even treated us to sparkler in sorbet to celebrate our anniversary. The host even offered to take our picture as we were leaving too! We enjoyed our time here!

This hotel restaurant is open to the public, and so worth a visit. The decor is gorgeous, and the rooftop is stunning. And the food and cocktails are even better; innovative and sophisticated ! The menu is contemporary Spanish-influenced food – I had Dungeness Crab Stuffed Poblano Pepper and my husband had a modern take on Pollo Mole.
Our only regret was that the hotel was booked so we could not stay there!

Had a reservation for a bachelorette party and the entire experience was wonderful! We were greeted by Jose who happily took photos for us and gave us recommendations on where we could keep the party going! The halibut and cocktails are amazing – a Palm Springs staple now with every visit!

The food was good and great wine selection. The only issue i had was the seating. It is Tuesday evening, not crowded at all, and I was placed on a lounge sofa to have dinner! I mentioned to the waitress that eating was very uncomfortable, and all she did was agree and did not offer to relocate. If I wanted to have dinner being comfy and laid back. I would have ordered room service at my hotel. I am glad my client was not able to make it and experience this. Again, the food was great, but the experience of eating dinner from my lap killed it for me. First and last time I come here

Azúcar Palm Springs– Beautiful Space & Incredible Service!
Azúcar has a gorgeous outdoor patio and a beautifully designed indoor space that’s both chic and welcoming. The staff was amazing✅️ — super helpful with recommending dishes and explaining the ingredients. We loved the spicy margaritas and the refreshing appetizer with watermelon , feta, and mint. Everything felt thoughtful and delicious. Highly recommend dining here — and staying at the hotel too if you can!
Thank you from @trippintraveladventures

Seated upstairs at 6:40. Didn’t see a server until 7:24. Not a word of apology. Nothing. Just sat there like idiots wondering if anyone actually worked this section.

We politely ordered two cocktails. They took another 15 minutes. So one full hour after sitting down, all we had were two drinks and a crystal-clear view of how badly this place is run.

The two servers upstairs were completely asleep at the wheel. Zero awareness. Zero urgency. Just wandering around while tables sat ignored.

What really sealed it was watching our waiter repeatedly kiss up to another table six feet away. I counted at least a dozen check-ins with them while we got absolutely nothing. Not once.

This wasn’t “busy.” This was flat-out incompetent. The only reason this place survives is because it’s attached to a hotel funneling in captive customers.

Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Oh and FYI – the owner or whoever replies to these clearly just uses ChatGPT – quite obvious and could not be more disingenuous.
