I’m not a Mexican food expert, but Aztecas is the best I’ve tried yet. We had the tacos, tamales, and burritos—all were solid, but the tacos and tamales are a must-try. Our Walmart trips in Williston are definitely going to be more frequent now that we know this truck is here. Great food and super convenient!

The tacos were sooo good! Exactly what I was craving, I think this might be my new favorite place in Williston. The workers were also friendly. I definitely will be back!

Excellent food. As a Texan, I’m pretty picky about my Mexican food. The carne asada tacos were legit. The tamales were a great surprise. Probably the best I’ve found in ND. The size of the tamales was bigger than a lot I’ve tried in town. The sauces were spot on. I’ll be back.

The gentleman who helped us was very rude and dismissive like it was almost his goal to get us to just walk away.. he did not listen to our order properly and when my wife asked about a drink she had ordered he very rudely commented that we never told him about it..

food is something i’d probably come back for, although i would say avoid their “salsa”..

It will definitely be a habit to drive by to make sure he’s is not the one working before i even think about stopping..

Just have to say I’ve never had a way better first experience what so ever! The quality of the food and the customer service was definitely chefs kiss. I felt like I was at a carne asada. The owners were so outgoing and friendly they made me feel at home. The quality of the food was outstanding definitely the best spot in my opinion. Make sure to stop by and try out their food it’s definitely delicious hands down.
