Ordered takeout. When I got home to eat, it was incorrect. I live too far to drive all the way back for them to correct it, so I was pretty disappointed when no offer for a future visit or anything was made. I’m not looking for free food, but just a glimmer of customer service at the bare minimum. There’s clearly none at this restaurant and there will never be a future visit by me either.

Not only was the order wrong, they didn’t have one thing I asked for and didn’t call to tell me or ask what to substitute it with. When placing an order online, they specifically ask for your phone number.

Super mad I just wasted almost $30 on something I’m not going to eat. ZERO customer service and inedible food. Go to any other Mexican restaurant besides this one, there are plenty in the area.

Used to be a wonderful place to have a decent meal. We asked for a small dish of refried beanstalk and wasn’t told there would be an extra charge until we got the bill. Also my wife asked if she could sub one of the items in her rice bowl for mushrooms because of an allergy and was told there would be an upcharge. The waitress was not very happy. My family willnot be back to Azteca!

Nice restaurant with good service. The food was not too good this visit though. The salsa tasted watery and our chips were stale. The fajitas we had were skimpy for the price, we had the combo/all three meats. The beef burrito was good though. Felt like the server was in a hurry to get us out although they weren’t busy and it was an hour before closing. I used to enjoy coming here. Maybe it was an off night.

Every time I’m in town I eat here at least once. They have consistently great food, fast service and friendly staff. I always get the queso and either a burrito or fajitas.

The margaritas are also always on point and plenty strong. You can’t go wrong with anything you order. The food always comes very fast so it’s a great choice if you’re super hungry as you won’t wait long.

DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT FROM HERE…preferably just don’t eat here at all. These guys used to be good, but not only do they refuse to give chips and salsa with takeout orders, they don’t provide lettuce/tomatoes/etc. as toppings for basic menu items that would normally have them. Terrible customer service as expected. Should have taken the empty restaurant as a warning sign of a terrible experience. This place is on its last leg…STEER CLEAR.

This restaurant has seen better days. The food was below average, we had enchiladas and tacos al carbon. The tacos al carbon were so soggy that I couldn’t pick up with my hand, I had to eat them like enchiladas. We had fried ice cream and the ice cream tasted like freezer. Not a good experience overall.

Hike The PNW

I would give it 4 stars but we got the fajitas and the onions and green peppers had a char on them and tasted a little burnt. Not the end of the world, my g.f. got a margarita and loved it. The service was prompt and professional, the table was clean the bathrooms could use some attention in the refurbishment area. The overall experience was not bad, and yet nothing that blew me away either. Good place for a quick bite, I would personally go for a burrito or maybe street tacos next time. You get free salsa and chips upon arrival and I’m guessing they are bottomless chips. The salsa was good could’ve been a little spicier but good flavor.
