Located in the beautiful Amrit hotel, this is a modern luxury 5 course upscale Indian restaurant that is out of this world! Shoutout to Leanne for the great service, thank you!

They also accommodate for gluten allergies and the food, service, vibes, ambiance is all upscale and top notch! One bite was better than the next and you can add specific items from their A La Carte.

We will definitely be back. Makes for an awesome date spot. Super modern, high end and classy and the epitome of fine dining and great service!

Highly recommend checking this spot out. 10/10!

Absolutely incredible dining experience. This fine dining Indian restaurant goes far beyond the usual dishes, every plate was creative, beautifully presented, and inspired by different regions of India. The flavors were complex and thoughtfully crafted, and the desserts were just as stunning as they were delicious.

Robert was our main server and he was fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each dish and its regional inspiration, which made the experience even more special. Jordan was also very kind and attentive. The service overall was impeccable.

If you’re looking for elevated, unique Indian cuisine, this place is a must. Highly recommend! We are coming back for sure!!

Absolutely the best Indian food we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — starting with the host, followed by our attentive waiter, and even the owner and chef who came by to check on us. Everyone made us feel truly welcomed.

The ocean views and the beautiful ambiance add so much to the experience. We ordered the three-course meal, and every dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.

This place is a must-try if you enjoy great food, warm service, and a stunning setting. Highly recommended!

Ayre Restaurant in Singer Island was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—each bite felt like the kind of cooking that instantly lifts your mood. I even said while eating that it takes a special kind of talent (almost a superpower) to cook in a way that genuinely makes people feel happy, and Ayre absolutely has that.

Our waiter, Robert, made the night even better. He was awesome—so kind, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. I especially loved that he showed us on the map where each of our courses was inspired from. It added such a thoughtful, immersive touch to the entire experience.

Amazing food, amazing service, and an overall unforgettable evening. We can’t wait to come back!

I moved to West Palm Beach about a year ago. Since then, I have tried just about every restaurant in palm beach county I’ve wanted to and quite honestly, it’s been “good” at best. Besides one or two outliers.

We were recommended to come here from a foodie friend, she highly recommended the 5 course tasting menu. Robert our server, refused to keep a glass of wine in front of us that did not deliver the expierence we were expecting. Jordan our food runner was very knowledgeable about every dish we had. Not to mention Josh shaking cocktails on the cold evening outside.

I’m beyond happy i found real indian like this. We will be back for the 7 course soon.

My wife and I had an amazing time here back in December. Highly recommend the 5 course menu. The duck, crab, and scallops were delicious and then the lamb was the best of them all. We had a great time watching the chefs cook as well from the indoor seats

Owner Panit and Heather were gracious hosts as we enjoyed and truly savored the 7 course tasting. The food was exceptional – creative, inspiring, unique, inventive but also playful – the service superb and wine selection perfect. Their seven course tasting has additional add ins that are spectacular- the raspberry rose palate cleanser was a favorite. This is a welcomed spot in an area otherwise devoid of great Indian food. Highly recommend this spot and we will be sad when it’s so busy that reservations are tough —- by confident that day is coming soon!!

If you want a dinner that feels like a cinematic moment, AYRE at the Amrit Oceanfront Hotel on Singer Island is it. Full stop. We showed up under a glowing full moon… the kind of moon that lights up the ocean like a silver stage… and somehow the food and service still managed to steal the show.

You know how every new restaurant is supposed to have “kinks” to work out… growing pains… training wheels? Yeah, no. AYRE must have skipped that chapter entirely. The service was dialed in from the second we sat down. Our waitress Leanna was polished, prepped, and knew the menu like she wrote it. The manager Heather checked in personally. And then, cherry on top, we even got to meet the chef Ajay… who clearly knows exactly what he’s doing.

The menu setup is brilliant. You can choose a three-course prix fixe or go à la carte. We weren’t mentally prepared for a full three-course commitment (next time… for sure), so we went à la carte… but the dishes on the prix fixe menu looked outrageous in the best possible way. And even if you think you don’t like Indian food, relax… there’s something for absolutely everyone.

We shared almost everything like the good little food-committed duo we are. The garlic naan? Fresh, fluffy, ridiculously good. The paneer pesto? A star. It’s grilled cottage cheese with a tofu-like texture… light, bright, and layered with microgreens and a sauce that made the whole thing sing.

For mains, I had chicken jodhpor that hit every note… flavorful, clean, beautiful. My dining partner had the roasted cauliflower, patrani gobi, and she is vegetarian so trust me… she knows her cauliflower. Both plates were basically licked clean. Zero leftovers, zero regrets.

But here’s the thing that pushes AYRE into the “are you kidding me” category… the atmosphere. True oceanfront dining. Not “peek-a-boo ocean view” or “if you lean to the left you can see water.” No… actual oceanfront. Waves, moonlight, the whole postcard. It’s honestly one of the most stunning settings I’ve ever eaten in.

And this was night 2. Nobody is perfect opening week. Except apparently AYRE.

I already can’t wait to go back… this time for the full three-course experience. If this is how they start, imagine where they’re headed. Singer Island just won.
