I absolutely loved my time here. The drinks were delicious and creative, the staff was charismatic and attentive with great suggestions and the atmosphere was 10 out of 10. The seats were comfy allowing great conversation. The place was noisy but you can still chat with your group with no issues. Vibes were strong and so were the drinks! You walk in and think you’re at a candy shop only to have the walls break open into a nice Lil chic speakeasy. What is not to love?

First timer!! I’ve always heard about speakeasies, but I’ve never been. I had the best time ever. The staff were so attentive. The drinks were delicious. I love the fact that I was able to try this seasonal drink before it ended. The vibes behind the door gave like 50s, flapper dancers and big money.

This is a lovely speakeasy that is disguised as a candy shop from the outside.
In terms of parking, valet is the only option unless you park in the residential area across the street. Don’t park in the stores next to Aye Candy because you will get towed. Valet is $10 from Friday-Sunday but free during the weekday.
The iside is dimly lit and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are also a vibe! My friend and I ordered the following:
Royale
This was actually recommended by the bartender when I asked him which drink is the sweetest. Royale was a solid choice and I wish I tried the flower because it’s edible- next time :)!
Aye Candy Gin & Tonic
My friend ordered this and it was such a gorgeous drink! I loved how I was able to taste the rosemary and all the other elements that were incorporated. This was probably my favorite drink of the night.
Espresso Flor Martini
The Hello Kitty decoration hello?! So adorable!! And tasted lovely

The presentation with the hibiscus salt rim and flower was beautiful. We couldn’t quite taste the lavender syrup since the tequila flavor was quite strong but still a good drink!
Although the drinks were expensive, they are beautifully crafted and you can taste the quality. Not to mention, the servers here are very attentive and keen to detail. This is a good place to take/impress someone after you state “I know a place”

I visited with my cousin several weeks ago and the place is a whole vibe. It’s very demure, very mindful, very vibrant, very classy! The place was well decorated. It was not particularly busy when we got there which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the whole place at the atmosphere. We had the charcuterie board and one drink was a sweet drink that had chocolate. I recommend this speakeasy to anyone!

I visited late on a Friday night, around 11:30 pm. The crowd was thinning, but I was seeking relaxation, and Aye Candy delivered perfectly. This lounge has a fantastic atmosphere. Reservations are required, but everything from the service to the friendly, positive energy made me feel like I was on cloud nine. I enjoyed the charcuterie board along with the Espresso Flor martini and Vanilla Old Fashion drinks—every bite and sip was divine. The music and vibes were excellent. I’ll definitely be returning!

Service was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they made lovely suggestions. The drinks were delicious and very affordable. A medium board was perfect for two people. The vibe was sexy and fun. The music invited you to dance without being too loud. Great for a cozy conversation. Location is definitely hidden away and convenient for those on the west side of town that don’t necessarily want to come downtown. Hopefully, it will become a staple in the Houston speakeasy scene

This place is tucked in an unexpected part of town, but that’s the exciting thing about speakeasy bars. It’s valet parking only and be sure to make a reservation. The cocktails were delicious especially the cocosol which I’m already craving to have again. The service was amazing. Kim was our waitress and was very attentive and nice. If you’re bored of the inner loop bar scene, this is a great alternative to enjoy with a date or friends.

I did feel the drinks were definitely on the higher side in price point starting at $15 and up. My only other complaint would be the valet, it is $10 and we parked the car and picked it up ourselves.
