What an amazing experience! My boy told me he had a great time here, and so i made reservations for valentines day. My wife and I went a little early to hit the bar and grab some drinks, and then we were sat pretty quick. My wife had identified the lobster enchilada earlier in the day and so she was set on her dinner strategy. I wasn’t sure what i was going to order. They gave us the menus and also a drink menu. Sergio our server broke the news, they didn’t have any more lobster. My wife asked for a recommendation and the server set up a shrimp plate for her. I ordered the New York strip carne asada plate. We had some cocktails. They brought out home made tortilla chips and 3 types of salsa. I can’t get over how good the experience was. The steak was tasty, the corn, the rice, the corn tortillas were fresh. I took a couple shrimps from my wife and they were buttery, creamy, garlicy tasty!! Great job, we will definitely be going back.

I’ve driven past Ay Ay Ay Mexican Cuisine so many times and never thought much of it from the outside, but once you step in, it has a really cool, welcoming vibe.

We started with the tableside guacamole, which was fresh, well-balanced, and a great way to kick things off. I ordered the pescado a la veracruzana, and it was cooked perfectly tender fish with bold, well-layered flavors that all came together beautifully. We also tried the camarones al mojo de ajo, which were seasoned and flavored extremely well, rich without being overpowering.

On top of the food, the staff was awesome friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

One of the best Mexican restaurants in Henderson — amazing steak, shrimp, and salsas!

We had an outstanding experience at Ay Ay Ay Mexican Cuisine! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of great energy — perfect for a relaxing meal.

We started with fresh, crispy chips served with three flavorful salsas — each one delicious in its own way. For our entrées, we ordered the skirt steak and shrimp, and both were absolutely excellent — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The drinks complemented the meal perfectly and were just as impressive as the food.

Everything about this restaurant — from the service and ambiance to the quality of the food — was top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Mexican cuisine and a great dining experience!

My husband and I had a 6:15pm reservation Sunday at Ay Ay Ay this evening and arrived a few minutes prior. We were seated right away at a table for 2. The ambiance was nice. It was a bit dark and hard to see the menu, but the vibe was relaxing. There is a small dining room as well as a bar area. TV’s play sports throughout both areas.

We were greeted by our server Catherine who brought us waters and also a purse hook stand for my large purse which was a nice touch. She gave us water and took our order. Since it took a while for her to greet us, we had already perused the menu and decided what we wanted. I asked for a Shirley Temple with lime, which was brought out with a cup of ice with grenadine in the bottom and a can of sprite on the side which was a bit weird, but did the trick nevertheless. They forgot the lime. We chose the queso fundido for our appetizer which came with both corn and flour tortillas. You could tell the tortillas were definitely homemade and they were delish. The corn tortillas paired best with the fundido in our opinion. The cheese was very tasty and stretchy for days. My husband ordered the mojo style shrimp and he said it was really good. The dish had a spicy white sauce that he really enjoyed, as well as rice and avocado. The shrimp were large and the portion was alright. I had the shrimp fajitas, and this is where things took a bit of a turn. I had noticed service was pretty slow as far as greeting, refilling waters and drinks, etc. When the fajitas came out the gentleman who sat them on the table said he would be right back with the tortillas. After about 25-30 minutes I still had no tortillas to eat with my fajitas. By this time my husband had already finished his entire entree. A lady, not our server, checked on us in passing and I let her know I never got the tortillas for the fajitas. She smiled and said she would bring them, but I told her to bring them along with a to go box because my husband was already done with his meal. She smiled again and did as requested. We boxed everything up and waited and waited at the table for our bill for long time, until I decided to get up and ask our server Catherine for the bill which she brought right away.

We wanted to try this establishment because there are not a lot of good options for real Mexican food in Henderson. We are looking for nice local places with good food and great service that we can frequent for years to come. Unfortunately, Ay Ay Ay is a no no no for us going forward. The food was good, but the experience as a whole was less than stellar and we will not be returning or recommending.

Very nice little place. Feels a bit crowded as then place is small and tables and chairs are too close to each other. Nicely decorated, food is expensive, they could def use real lime instead of the bottled concentrated lime for their mango aguachile. Ceviche was fresh and delicious. Cucumber margarita was good spicy but could definitely taste the cheap tequila in it.

GOOD FOOD BUT PRICY. This restaurant delivers an upscale atmosphere with good, but not outstanding, Mexican cuisine. I’d recommend starting with the table side guacamole which was delicious – but they could be more generous with the chips. The house margarita was disappointing. For $15 it was very small and didn’t contain much tequila – would not recommend. Our server was attentive but the kitchen was very very slow. My wife had the 14oz NY Steak Carne Asada which was cooked correctly and was very tasty. I had the Molcajete which was enormous and could easily be shared. The shrimp, chicken, steak, cheese, and cactus were all tasty but everything had an overpowering lime flavor which detracted from the meat flavors. The handmade corn tortillas were too thick and undercooked for my liking. My wife’s flower tortillas on the other hand were very nice. Overall for ~$200 (including tip) the meal was disappointing. For sure you’re paying for an upscale atmosphere. I doubt that’s sufficient for us to return as there are many better choices for Mexican food in the Las Vegas metro area.

What a gem of a place! I kind of stumbled on this wonderful authentic Mexican restaurant as I was walking around by millennium park. The people were amazing and the food was spectacular. I started with a house marg and the tostones and guac. The margarita was delicious and the tostones were fried to perfection. The grac was fresh and yummy. Then I had the steak tacos. The meat with so tender and flavorful. I loved the pop of jalapeños and the salsas! I will definitely be back! My server Paul was attentive yet not annoying and knew the menu well.

What a wonderful find in Henderson. Very modern Mexican decor and with exceptional food. Very well displayed and even more amazing is that it tastes great. I would definitely go back again on my next visit.

We stopped by for a late lunch on a Monday. It was not busy at all as it’s past 2pm. The waiter and manager checked with us multiple times to make sure things are good.

I really enjoyed our experience at this restaurant! It was our first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the generous portion sizes. The flavors were fantastic, and the mangarita was a great choice as well. One area for improvement would be the service; while we were engaged in conversation, one of a servers brought us to-go boxes, which made it feel a bit rushed. It would be nice to have a more relaxed approach when customers are clearly enjoying their time. Despite that, we liked the atmosphere and plan to return to try more dishes.

This is was pretty amazing semi fancy mexican restaurant and we had no expectations walking in. The service was excellent although it was funny that we got served by 3 different people. The interior is also beautiful but a bit dark. We ordered the following:

Chips & Guac: they make the guac fresh in front of you and it is delicious!

Sopa De Tortilla: the soup was decent but the toppings where even better.

Queso Fundido: this was the highlight of the night. The cheese queso is baked in a cast iron skillet and melted the cheese beautifully. We enjoyed scraping off the cheese and eating the slightly burnt parts. The fajitas were well seasoned and complimented the cheese.

Chile Relleno: one of the best chili relleno’s we’ve tried as the chile poblano itself was crispy with creamy sauce. The potatoes inside were also a nice touch and the rice/beans on the side went well with this dish. Very well balanced plate!

Veggie Burrito: the burrito had black beans, monterey cheese, pico de gallo, and fries (I asked them and they could easily accommodate a custom made burrito). Very tasty and perfectly packed.

Overall, highly recommend this restaurant to all mexican food lovers!
