As someone who is originally from Turkey, I don’t say this lightly: this was the most authentic Turkish food I’ve ever had in the United States. We started dinner with the Meze platter, which included stuffed grape leaves, humus, Babacan push and a Mediterranean salsa I had never tried before and WOW…. That salsa was completely out of this world. Everything was incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced and the hot, delicious lavash bread that we ordered with it made the experience even better. For our main course, both my son and I ordered Adana Lamb Kebab. Many people think lamb has an unusual taste but you have to try this one, the kebab was absolute perfection-rich,flavorful and truly authentic. If I could rate it higher than 10 out of 10, I would. Honestly, this dish deserves a 100. We finished our meal with homemade baklava and traditional Turkish tea, which was the perfect ending to an unforgettable dinner. Beyond the food, the hospitality was just as exceptional. The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming and I had the pleasure of meeting their son who was an amazing human being. He personally thanked every guest as they were leaving and people were genuinely stopping to shake his hand, rave about the service and say see you soon. That kind of heartfelt connection is rare and truly special. I honestly wish someone from the Food Network or food magazine would come and experience this place so more people could discover how extraordinary their food truly is. This restaurant is a GEM!

This is a wonderful local, family-owned restaurant with such a friendly environment. It’s heartwarming to see the mom and dad actively helping around the restaurant. The drinks are excellent, prices are fair, and the food is outstanding.

The food is always delicious. The spinach pie is flaky and filled. Love the Adana Kabob. The Lavish bread is different and great for scooping hummus. The owner, Jack, is friendly and pleasant to talk to. My sister and I go at least once a month. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Baklava was excellent, perfect balance of sweet and nutty. Food overall is also good though the condiments in the apps can be overly bitter at times, but that’s just my take.

Take out – salad with beef. Others had lamb, chicken, vegetable kabobs. Falafel as well. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We will go back. Looks like a shack – that was a good sign. Oh the fresh baked pita bread was also quite good. Friendly service.

Fantastic Turkish, Mediterranean cuisine. This restaurant is definitely one of my favorites. All fresh ingredients for perfectly cooked food. The ‘made to order’ bread and hummus is “out of this world” You must put this restaurant on your to go to list.
